ÖZET Yüksek Lisans Tezi 3-[3',4'-dimetoksifenil]-2-propenoik asit pirolidid BİLEŞİĞİNİN KRİSTAL ve MOLEKÜL YAPISI ANDAÇ KARAMUSTAFA Ankara Üniversitesi Fen Bilimleri Enstitüsü Fizik Mühendisliği Anabilim Dalı Danışman : Prof. Dr. Çelik TARIMCI Jüri : Prof. Dr. Engin KENDİ : Prof. Dr. Arsın AYDINURAZ Bu tez çalışmasında, 3-[3',4'-dimetoksifenil]-2-propenoik asit pirolidid (C15Hı9N03) bileşiğinin kristal yapısı, tek kristal x-ışını kırınım yöntemi ile çözülmüştür. Kristal, ortorombik sistemin Pbca uzay grubunda kristallenmektedir. Bu sistemde elde edilen birim hücre parametreleri; a = 24.295(3) Â, b = 15.086(3) Â, c = 7.552(3) Â, a = 90°, p = 90°, Y = 90°, V = 2768 (1) Â3, Z = 8, Dx = 1.254 g.cmJ, M = 261 32 a.m.u^(MoK«) = 0.71069 Â, T = 293°K'dir. Atomik koordinatlar direkt yöntemler kullanılarak bulunmuştur. Elde edilen atomik parametreler ve ısısal titreşim tensörleri en küçük kareler yöntemiyle 1686 bağımsız yansıma için R = 0.050, Rw = 0.114 değerine kadar arıtümıştır. Halka sistemlerinin geometrileri, halka bükülme parametreleri kullanılarak tanımlanmıştır.. 1999, 69 sayfa

ABSTRACT Master Thesis CRYSTAL and MOLECULAR STRUCTURE of 3-[3',4'-dimethoxyphenyl]-2-propenoic acid pyrrolidide COMPOUND ANDAÇ KARAMUSTAFA University of Ankara Graduate School of Natural and Applied Sciences Department of Engineering Physics Supervisor : Prof. Dr. Çelik TARIMCI Jury : Prof. Dr. Engin KENDİ : Prof. Dr. Arsm AYDINURAZ In this thesis, the cyrstal structure of, 3-[3',4'-dimethoxyphenyl]-2-propenoic acid pyrrolidide (CiSH19N03) has been determined by x-ray difraction method. It has crystallizes in the orthorhombic system with; a = 24.295(3) Â, b = 15.086(3) Â, c = 7.552(3) Â, a = 90°, p = 90°, y = 90°, V = 2768 (1) A3, Z = 8, Dx = 1.254 g.cın3, M = 26132 a.m.u., X(MoKa) = 0.71069 A, T = 293°K. Atomic coordinates were found by using direct method. Obtained atomic coordinates and thermel vibration tensor were refined by least-squares technique and R = 0.050, Rw = 0.114 were found for 1686 unique reflection. The geometry of the rings were evaluated using the ring puckering parameters. 1999, 69 pages
