Özet
SUMMARY PREPERATION OF POLLEN EXTRACTS AND THEIR USUABILITY FOR DIFFERENT PURPOSES During the making of pollen extracts, the pollens maturated should be collected, dried and sifted according to the bigness of the pollens. The purity control was made under the microscope and in the special extractor was applied than centrifugation and rough filtration was made, it was passed from 0.80-0.45 urn pored filter papers. The dialysis couldn't be applied since the had lost their chemical properties during the dialysis. The extract obtained was reduced to the desired concentration using the special reducer. The extract was passed from the 0.22 urn pored sterile filter and put in the sterile flagons with closed taps m the laminar cabinet under the U.V. The sterility and toxicity of the extract were checked. The extracts prepared form the allergen pollens are used for the treatment of“Hay Fever”and“Asthma”. The allergy is caused by the proteins contained in the pollens. The extracts that are used for the detection and the treatment of the allergy has to be made from the pollens of the plants that are in the locality where the patient is. Pollen callenders must be made for every locality and different climates. There callenders give the periods of begining of the pollen shedding, maximum concentration and the end of pollen dispersal. The extracts prepared from the pollens that are not allergen are used in the field of medicine, pharmaceutics and cosmetics. The extracts prepared form one or more plants' pollens in varius concentrations are being used in the treatment of prostative, ulcer, tooth nutritions, depression-stress etc. 38
