Özet
JK^V ÖZET Bu çalışma, Duygusal Zeka gelişimi ile din öğretimi arasındaki ilişkiyi, İlköğretim Din Kültürü ve Ahlak Bilgisi Dersi çerçevesinde, öğretim programı, içerik, yöntem ve teknikler ve öğretmen yeterlilikleri açısından incelemeyi amaçlamaktadır. Bireyin zihinsel ve duygusal bir dengeye dayalı bir biçimde kişiliğini oluşturması ve geliştirmesi, böylece, toplumsal ve evrensel olanı anlamlandırma becerisi kazanması ve aynı zamanda buna katkıda bulunması, din öğretiminin genel hedefleri arasındadır. Bunu gerçekleştirebilecek din öğretimi, sorun çözme yaklaşımım benimseyen öğrenci merkezli bir din öğretimi olmalıdır. Duygusal zeka gelişimi, hem bu şekilde düzenlenen bir din öğretimiyle sağlanır, hem de din öğretiminin hedeflerine ulaşmasına yardımcı olur. Bu çalışma, Giriş ve Sonuç bölümlerinin yam sura, dört bölümden oluşmaktadır. Giriş bölümünde, çalışmanın problemi, amacı, önemi, temel varsayımları ve yöntemi belirtilmiştir. Ayrıca, çalışmada kullanılan temel kavramlar hakkında bilgi verilmiştir. Birinci bölümde, duygusal zeka kavramının temellendirilmesi açısından çoklu zeka kuramı ele alınmıştır. Çünkü, çoklu zeka kuranıma göre anlamlı olan, kişisel ve kişilerarası zeka alanları, bazı psikologlarca duygusal zeka olarak ifade edilmektedir. İkinci bölüm, kişinin kendi duygularım tanıyıp, onları doğru yöneterek kendini idare etme ve onları başkalarıyla ilişki kurmada işlevsel kılma anlamına gelen, duygusal zeka kavramına ayrılmıştır. Üçüncü bölüm, din öğretiminin duygusal zeka ile ilişkisinin, yetiştirilmesi hedeflenen bireyin özellikleri açısından incelenmesine ayrılmıştır. Dördüncü bölümde, ilköğretim din kültürü ve ahlak bilgisi dersi çerçevesinde, öğretim programı, içerik, yöntem ve teknikler ve öğretmen yeterlilikleri, duygusal zeka gelişimi ile ilişkisi açısından incelenmiştir. Sonuç bölümünde ise çalışmanın önceki bölümlerinde ulaşılan sonuçlar aktarılmıştır.

SUMMARY This study has aimed at examining the relation between the development of Emotional Intelligence and the religious education in the frame of The Primary Religious and Ethic Culture Education Courses with respects to the curriculum, to the content, to the methods and the tecniques and to the teacher competiencies. One of the general aims of religious education is that the person can constitute and develope her/his own identity depending on an intellectual and emotional balance and thus can gain the ability to make meanigful what is universal and social and at the same time can contribute to this. A religious education which will be able to realize this aim should be a student-centered religious education which adopts the problem-solving approach. By means of such a religious education, the development of emotional intelligience could be possible and also could helps the religious education for reaching its aims. This study consists of four parts besides the introduction and the conclusion parts. In the Introduction part was expoused the problem, the aim, the importance, the method and the basic hypothesis of the study. Additionally, it was gave information about the basic concepts which used in the study. In the first part, the theory of multiple intelligence was taken up with respect to supplying to the base of the concept of Emotional Intelligence. Because, the personal and interpersonal intelligences which are meaningful to the theory of multiple intelligence have been considered as Emotional Intelligence by some psychologists. The second part of the study was devoted to the concept of Emotinal Intelligence which means that one's awereness of her/his own emotions and using of them properly in managing herself/himself and in relations with others. The third part was devoted to examine the relation between the Emotional Intelligence and the religious education with respect to the characteristics of the student which was aimed at being trained. In the fourth part, the curriculum, the content, the method and the techniques and the teacher competiencies were examined in the frame of The Primary Religious and Ethic Culture Education Courses with respect to the relation between them and the development of Emotional Intelligence. Finally, in the Conclusion part were transferred the results which were attained in the previous parts of the study.
