Özet
191 ÖZET Bowlby'nin Bağlanma Kuramı ve araştırma sonuçlan, yetişkinlerin yakın ilişkilerinde ve çalışma yaşamında, çocukluklarında birincil bakıcılarıyla kurdukları duygusal zincirin kalitesine göre hareket ettiklerini ve yetişkinlikteki keşfetme (çalışma) davranışlarının optimal işlev gösterebilmesinin çocuklukta bağlanma gereksinimlerinin karşılanmış olmasıyla doğrudan ilişkili bulunduğunu önermektedir. Kuramın, çalışma davranışları ve bağlanma örüntüleri arasında bir ilişki olduğu önerisi doğrultusunda bu araştırmada iş ve yakın ilişkilerin iç içe geçtiği özgün bir yaşam stiline sahip olduğu düşünülen hekimlerin bağlanma stilleri incelenerek iş yönelimleri tanımlanmıştır. Bu amaçla kamu, üniversite, özel ve SSK hastaneleri hekimlerine (N=327) YİYE, İÖA, MDÖ, SBL ve sosyometrik ölçüm soru grupları uygulanmış; gruplardan elde edilen puanların ortalamaları karşılaştırılmıştır. Uygulanan istatistiksel analizler sonucu elde edilen bulgular özel ve üniversite hastanesi hekimlerinin iş doyumunun diğerlerine göre daha büyük olduğunu; saplantılı bağlanan hekimlerin stres düzeyinin görece daha yüksek düzeyde bulunduğunu ve iş - aşk arasındaki dengesizliklerden daha çok endişe ettiklerini göstermiştir. Ayrıca üniversite hastanesi hekimlerinin bireysel performans algılan daha yüksektir. Bulgular, iş-ilişki tercihi açısından bağlanma stillerine göre fark olmadığına işaret etmiştir. Son olarak bu araştırmada bağlanma stillerine göre farklılaşan işe ilişkin tutumlar ve yönelimler olduğu ortaya çıkmış ve bunların doğurguları ele alınmıştır. Bu çalışmadan elde edilen bulgular, daha önce yapılan araştırma ve kuramsal yaklaşımlar çerçevesinde tartışılmıştır.

192 ABSTRACT Bowlby's attachment theory and the conclusions of research propose that adults act in their close relations and work lives on the basis of the quality of the affective bonds which they established with their primary caregivers during childhood and that the optimum functioning of their exploratory behaviour is directly related to the fact that their need of attachment was met during childhood. Within the framework of this theory proposing a relationship between work behaviour and attachment styles, we have examined in this study the work orientations of doctors in relation to their attachment styles considering that doctors have a unique lifestyle consisting of work interrelated with close relations. For this purpose, (N=327) YİYE, İÖA, MDÖ, SBL and sociometric questionnaires were distributed to doctors of public, university, private and social security hospitals and the mean scores have been compared. The statistical analyses have shown that doctors working at private or university hospitals have greater job satisfaction than the others and that doctors with preoccupied attachment style have higher stress, suffering more from the conflicts of work versus love. Moreover, the individual performance perceptions of university doctors are higher. The findings have shown that in terms of preference between work and relationships there is no differentiation according to attachment styles. Finally, this research has proven that there exist work behaviour and orientations in line with attachment styles. The findings of this study have been discussed within the framework of previous research and theoretical approaches.
