Özet
Bu çalışma, Aristoteles'in mantık sisteminin tarihsel mirasından yola çıkarak, Marko Malink'in çağdaş yorumları ışığında, bu sistemin günümüz mantık ve felsefe ortamında nasıl yeniden yorumlanabileceğini incelemektedir. Çalışma sonucunda, Aristoteles'in mantık sisteminin yalnızca formel çıkarım kurallarıyla sınırlı olmadığı; bilgi, varlık ve dil arasındaki yapısal ilişkileri de kapsadığı ve bu ilişkilerin Malink'in çağdaş yorumlarıyla tutarlı biçimde yeniden inşa edilebildiği ortaya konmuştur. Tezimizin ilk bölümünde, Aristoteles'in mantık anlayışının ontolojik ve epistemolojik ilkeler çerçevesinde incelenmesi, özsel yükleme kavramı, bilimsel bilginin doğrudan ispatla temellendirilmesi, devrî ispat ve formel mantığın başlangıcı olarak Birinci Analitikler ve Topikler üzerine inceleme gibi konular farklı görüş yapıları ekseninde tartışılmıştır. Bu bölümde elde edilen sonuçlar, ikinci bölümde ele alınan Malink'in modal kıyas yorumunun anlaşılması için yöntemsel ve kavramsal bir temel oluşturmaktadır. İkinci bölümde, Aristoteles'in modal kıyas sistemine yöneltilen tutarsızlık ve geçersizlik eleştirileri, Malink'in çağdaş yorumları çerçevesinde yeniden değerlendirilmektedir. Malink, bu eleştirilere karşı Aristoteles'in modal sisteminin temelde tutarlı ve geçerli olduğunu savunmaktadır. Çalışmada, özellikle heterodoks ve ortodoks semantik yaklaşımlar karşılaştırmalı olarak incelenmiş; Malink'in geliştirdiği heterodoks dictum semantik model hem eleştirel hem de destekleyici yönleriyle ele alınmıştır. Malink'in yaklaşımı, Aristoteles'in mantığını çağdaş mantık ve felsefe ortamına uyarlayarak, yeniden yapılandırılabilir ve anlamlı bir sistem olarak sunmayı amaçlamaktadır. Tez, bu bağlamda Aristoteles'in mantığının çağdaş yöntemlerle nasıl yorumlanabileceğini ve bu yorumların mantık literatürüne katkısını eleştirel bir perspektifle ortaya koymaktadır. Aristoteles'in mantık sistemini ve bu alandaki eserlerini, tarihselci bir perspektif ve metinsel sadakat çerçevesinde ele alarak, modern mantık sistemleriyle yeniden okunabilir ve hâlen geçerliliğini ve canlılığını koruyan bir sistem olduğunu ortaya koyma girişimidir. Sonuç olarak bu tez, Aristoteles'in mantığının dinamik ve güncel bir araştırma alanı olduğunu göstermeye çalışmaktadır.

Starting from the historical legacy of Aristotle's system of logic, this study examines how this system can be reinterpreted in today's logical and philosophical environment in the light of Marko Malink's contemporary interpretations. The study reveals that Aristotle's system of logic is not limited to formal rules of inference; it also encompasses the structural relations between knowledge, being, and language, and that these relations can be coherently reconstructed through Marko Malink's contemporary interpretations. In the first part of the study, topics such as the examination of Aristotle's understanding of logic within the framework of ontological and epistemological principles, the concept of essential predication, the justification of scientific knowledge by direct proof, the issue of circular proof, and the analysis of Prior Analytics and Topics as the beginning of formal logic are discussed from different theoretical perspectives. The results obtained in this chapter provide a methodological and conceptual basis for understanding Malink's interpretation of the modal syllogism discussed in the second chapter. In the second part, the criticisms regarding the inconsistency and invalidity of Aristotle's modal syllogism are re-evaluated within the framework of Malink's contemporary interpretations. Against these criticisms, Malink argues that Aristotle's modal system is fundamentally consistent and valid. In the study, the orthodox and heterodox semantic approaches are examined comparatively, and the heterodox dictum semantic model developed by Malink is analyzed both critically and supportively. Malink's approach aims to present Aristotle's logic as a reconstructible and meaningful system by adapting it to contemporary logic and philosophy. In this context, the thesis critically analyzes how Aristotle's logic can be interpreted through contemporary methods and assesses the contribution of these interpretations to the literature of logic. By examining Aristotle's system of logic and his works in this field within the framework of a historicist perspective and textual fidelity, it attempts to demonstrate that this system can be reinterpreted in the light of modern logical systems and that it still retains its validity and vitality. As a result, this thesis seeks to show that Aristotelian logic remains a dynamic and contemporary field of research.
