SUMMARY In this study, it was attempted to determine the reflections of the teachers' behaviours related to the instructional strategies in M.E.V. (Foundation of Ministry of Education) schools in different types of programmes. This study group was conducted using the comparative survey of relationships model and the observative method was used. The study group consisted the teachers working in M.E.V. Koksal Toptan College and M.E.V. Ankara Science School. In the study, a data gathering instrument based on the internet was used after the literature survey finished. The data gathering instrument was changed into an observation form with the authorization and guidance of the thesis advisor. After the application of the data gathering instrument Mann- Whitney U-Test was used to determine the differences between the groups. In the chapters of findings and interpretations of the study, that gathered data were presented as findings, organized in tables and each finding was explained and interpreted. As a result; ao significant difference between both M.E.V. College and Science School's teachers' behaviours at the warm up stage and the end of the lesson were observed. But on the other hand, it was also observed that Science School's teachers were lecturing by class discussions, small group presentations and using equipments to support instruction such as- video & slide show more than College teachers. After presenting these results in the end, recommendations were given according to the results. 83
