Özet
Bu araştırmanın amacı, bir yükseköğretim programında öğrenim görmek isteyen lise son sınıf öğrencilerinin meslek tercihlerindeki tutarlılık durumları ile benlik kavramı-ideal benlik kavramı arasındaki bağdaşım düzeylerini ortaya koymaktadır. Bu amaçla araştırma kapsamına toplam 100 lise son sınıf öğrencisi dahil edilmiştir. Bu öğrenciler meslek tercihlerinde tutarlı 50, tutarsız 50 olmak üzere iki gruba ayrılmışlardır. Bu grupların meslek tercihlerindeki tutarlılık durumları Kuzgun (1992) tarafından geliştirilen BİLDEMER (Bilgisayar Destekli Meslek Rehberliği) ve araştırmacı tarafından hazırlanan Meslek Tercih Formu ile belirlenmiştir. Öğrencilerin meslek tercihlerinde tutarlı-tutarsız olarak belirlenmesi BİLDEMER ve Meslek Tercih Formu sonuçlarının karşılaştırılması ile yapılmıştır. Bu sonuçlara göre birbiriyle ilişkili en fazla iki puan türünde tercih yapan öğrenciler meslek tercihlerinde tutarlı olarak belirlenirken, birbiriyle ilişkisiz ikiden fazla puan türüyle tercih yapan öğrenciler meslek tercihlerinde tutarsız olarak belirlenmiştir. Grupların benlik kavramları-ideal benlik kavramları arasındaki bağdaşımı görebilmek için de öner (1982) tarafından geliştirilen Sıfat Tarama Listesi bir hafta ara ile iki defa uygulanmıştır, ilk oturumda deneklerin sıfat listesini sahip oldukları özellikleri dikkate alarak yanıtlamaları istenmiş, ikinci uygulamada ise deneklerden sıfat listesini sahip olmak istedikleri özellikleri dikkate alarak yanıtlamaları istenmiştir. Daha sonra her bir deneğin benlik kavramı ve ideal benlik kavramı bağdaşım düzeyleri Kappa Katsayısından yararlanılarak hesaplanmıştır. Yapılan istatistiksel analizlerin sonucunda meslek tercihlerinde tutarlı ve tutarsız olarak belirlenen grupların benlik kavramı ve ideal benlikkavramı arasındaki bağdaşımın.05 düzeyinde anlamlı olduğu bulunmuştur. Meslek tercihlerinde tutarlı olan grupların benlik kavramı-ideal benlik kavramı arasındaki bağdaşımın meslek tercihlerinde tutarsız olan gruplara oranla daha yüksek olduğu saptanmıştır. 43

The aim of this research, is to put forward the consistent of the students who wants to study in higher education in the last class of high school with self concept-ideal self concept of getting well level. A hundred students educating in the last class of high school are included in contents of research with this aim. These students are separated into two groups, fifty consistent and fifty inconsistent in their vocational preference. The consistent of vocational preference of these groups are determined by the research of Kuzgun (1992) BİLDEMER and the Vocational Preference Form prepared by researcher. By the result of BİLDEMER and Vocational Preference From Comparison vocational preference of the students consistent and inconsistent are made by the comparison result of BİLDEMER and vocational Preference Form. It is seen that the students who have preference related with two kinds of subject in their vocational preference are consistent, students who have preference related with more than two subjects in their vocational preference are inconsistent. Adjective Scan List investigated by ÖNER (1982) is practiced two times in one week stop to see the getting well of self concept and ideal self- concept of the groups. In fist session, tested are wanted to answer adjective list paying attention to their special feature, as for in the second session, tested are wanted to answer the adjective list paying attention to the hopes of their special features. Then, each one of the tested self concept and ideal self concepts are calculated with the use of Kappa Coefficient. In the result of static's analysis, between the groups, consistent and inconsistent in their vocational preference form and self concept and ideal self concept relation is found.05 meaningful.
