Özet
Bu çalışma ile; belgesel filmlerde kullanılan kurmaca unsurların, belgeselin yapısında yarattığı değişiklikler incelenerek, kurgu ögelerinin belgesel film üzerindeki etkilerini ortaya koymak amaçlanmaktadır. Belgesel filmde kurmaca ögelerin anlatıyı güçlendiren yönlerinin yanı sıra, belgesel filmin doğal atmosferine zarar verdiği durumlar irdelenmiştir. Sinemada kurmaca ögeler olarak nitelendirdiğimiz; dekor, kostüm, oyunculuk, sanat yönetmenliği gibi kavramlar, belgesel filmin sanatsal, estetik yönlerini güçlendirip, izleyicide bıraktığı etkiyi arttırmayı amaçlarken, belgeselin gerçeklikle olan ilişkisini sorgulatmaktadır. Belgesel ve gerçeklik ilişkisinin, belgesel filme eklenen kurmaca ögelerin etkisinde şekillenmesi, bu çalışmanın temelini oluşturmaktadır. Sinemanın ve belgeselin tarihi, akımlar ve kuramlar irdelenerek, gerçeklik olgusunun belgesel film ile olan ilişkisi, derinlemesine ele alınmıştır. Kurmaca ögelerin, belgesel filmler üzerindeki etkileri incelenmiş ve bu etkilerin gerçeklik kavramına yeni boyutlar getirmesi üzerinde durulmuştur. Kurmaca ögelerin yanı sıra; zaman kavramı ve gerçeklik, simülasyon kuramı çerçevesinde gerçekliğin sorgulanması ve gerçeğin yönetmen tarafından yeniden inşası, örneklerle ortaya koyulmuştur.

With this study; It is aimed to reveal the effects of fictional elements on documentary films by examining the changes created by the fictional elements used in documentary films in the structure of the documentary. In the documentary film, the aspects of fictional elements that strengthen the narrative as well as the situations where they harm the natural atmosphere of the documentary film are examined. What we describe as fictional elements in cinema; While concepts such as costume, acting and art direction strengthen the artistic and aesthetic aspects of the documentary film and increase the impact it leaves on the audience, they question the relationship of the documentary with reality. It has been evaluated that the relationship between documentary and reality is shaped under the influence of fictional elements added to the documentary film. By examining the history of cinema and documentary, movements and theories, the relationship between the phenomenon of reality and documentary film is discussed in depth. The effects of fictional elements on documentary films were examined and it was emphasized that these effects brought new dimensions to the concept of reality. In addition to fictional elements; The concept of time and reality, the questioning of reality within the framework of simulation theory and the reconstruction of reality by the director are presented with examples.
