Özet
ÖZET Hızla kalkınmakta olan ülkemizin bilim ve teknolojideki gelişme ve değişmelere paralel olarak nitelikli işgücü ihtiyacı da giderek artmaktadır. Ülkemizin geleceği açısından stratejik özellik arzeden meslekî ve teknik eğitime verilen önem, hükümet programlarına ve kalkınma planlarına, öncelikli ve ağırlıklı olarak yansıtılmaktadır.“A.D.T.M.L. 'nin ihracat yapan işletmelerin personel ihtiyacını kaşılama düzeyi”konulu araştırma, ülkemizin çeşitli bölgelerindeki A.D.T.M.L.'nde öğrenim gören ve ihracat işletmelerinde çalışan mezunların gördükleri meslekî eğitim ile yaptıkları iş arasındaki uyumu değerlendirmeye ve bu okulların, ihracat işletmelerinin ara eleman ihtiyacını karşılama düzeyini belirlemeye yöneliktir. Araştırma ile; Ankara, İstanbul, Mersin, Manisa ve Gaziantep Anadolu Dış Ticaret Meslek Liselerinden 1994-1997 yılları arasında mezun olan 74 mezun ile, bu mezunları ihracat işletmelerinde çalıştıran 56 işverenin, A.D.T.M. Liselerinin ihracat işletmelerinin personel ihtiyacını karşılama düzeyi ile bu okullarda verilen meslekî eğitimin geliştirilmesi hakkındaki değerlendirmeleri ortaya konmuştur. Araştırma; A.D.T.M.L.'nde yapılan meslekî eğitimin ihracat yapan işletmelerin teleplerine uygunluğunu ve eğitimde karşılaşılan güçlükleri gerçekçi yönleriyle irdelemekte, mevcut durum hakkında somut sonuçlar ve öneriler ortaya koymaktadır.

ABSTRACT Parallel to the improvement and development in the science and technology, the need of our rapid developing country to the qualified productive power has gradually been increasing. The importance given to the vocational and technical education has primarily and mostly been reflected to the programmes of the government and programmes of progress. The survey subjected to "The level of covering the need for the staff of the units which are dealing export in The Anatolian Vocational Schools of Foreign Trade; is about appreciating the harmony between the vocational education whicch the graduates working in ewport units and the ones having an education ih The Anatolian Vocational Schools of Foreign Trade have and the work they do, and is also about determining the level of covering the need for invertal staff of the export units. With this survey; the appreciation of 74 people graduated from The Anatolian Vocational Schools of Forevign Trade between 1994-1997 in Ankara, Istanbul, Mersin, Manisa and Gaziantep, and 56 employers who employ these graduates in their units, the level of covering the need for the staff of the export units in The Anatolian Vocational Schools of Foreign Trade, and also the improvement of the education given in these schools have been put forward. The recearch examined if the education given The Anatolian Vocational Schools of Foreign Trade is available to the demands of the export units, and the difficulties they face in the education process with its real aspects, and put some concrete results and suggestions about the current situation.
