Özet
ÖZET Bu çalışma Ankara ili merkez Altındağ, Çankaya, Keçiören, Mamak ve Yenimahalle ilçe sınırlan içerisinde bulunan Milli Eğitim Bakanlığına bağlı gündüzlü, 519 ilk ve ortaöğretim okulundan örnekleme yöntemi ile 63 okulda yürütülmüştür. Çalışmaya alınan 63 okulun 48'i İlköğretim Okulu, 15'i Ortaöğretim Okuludur. Okulların mahalline gidilerek TS. 12014“Okul Çevre Sağlığı Standardı (OÇSS)'mdan yararlanılarak hazırlanan ”Bilgi Toplama FornV'u araştırmacı tarafından bizzat mahallinde ve gerekli ölçümler yapılarak bilgiler elde edilmiştir. Çalışma Sonunda Okulların; % 57'sinin anayol üstünde olmadığı, % 66.7'sinin yoğun taşıt trafiğinden uzak olduğu, % 77.8'inde öğrenci başına ortalama 5 m2 'den fazla bahçe alam düştüğü, % 63.5'inin bahçesinde veya hemen önünde seyyar satıcı bulunmadığı, % 20'sinde öğrencilerin trafik kazalarına karşı korumasında can güvenliği açısından önemli olan okul önündeki güvenli yaya geçişinin sağlandığı, % 74.6'sında koridorların, % 52.4'ünde dersane kapılarının, % 70'inde merdivenlerin, % 41.3*ünde sınıfların Okul Çevre Sağlığı Standardına uygun olduğu, % 46'smda spor salonu ve duş bulunduğu, % 45'inin tuvalet ve lavaboların sayısal olarak yeterli ve sağlık şartlarına uygun olduğu, % 23.8'inin sınıflarında her öğrenciye ortalama 2 m2 alan düştüğü, % 16'sında“Çevre Sağlığı Kurulu”bulunduğu, % 74.6'sının 3 m. genişliğinde koridor sistemine uygun olarak inşa edildiği, % 5 'inde revir ve personel bulunduğu, % 84'nün kalorifer, % 16'sımnn soba ile ısıtıldığı, % 54'ünün sınıflarında ortalama 35'ten az öğrenci bulunduğu saptanmıştır. Yapılan Puanlamada Okulların; % 47.6'sımn 60-69 puana, % 30.2'sinin 70-79 puana % 1.6'smın 50 puandan az, % 1.6'smm 90'dan fazla puana sahip olduğu saptanmıştır. m

SUMMARY This study was conducted, in the 63 schools which were selected from 519 primary and secondary schools by random sampling method and all of the schools were with in of Altındağ, Çankaya, Keçiören, Mamak and Yenimahalledistricts.48 of the schools were primary schools and 15 were secondary schools The questionary form was prepared using the“Enviromental Health Standard for schools”(TS. NO: 12014) and the questionary form was filled by the researcher and necassary measurement were also conducted by the researcher. The results of the study are stated below; 57 % of the schools are not built on the main road, 66.7 % of the schools are away from the heavy traffic In 77.8 % of the schools playing ground per students is less then 5 m2, In 63.5 % of this schools that there are no street trades in the garden of the schools, In 20 % of the schools there is no street crossing which is necessary for the safety of the students. In 74.6 % of the schools the corridors at, In 52.4 % of the schools the class-room doors, In 70 % of the schools the stairs, In 41.3 % of the schools the class-rooms are appropriate acording to the“School Enviromental Health Standard.”In 23.8 % of the the class-rooms there is more then 2 m2. class-room place per students, In 16 % of the schools there is“Enviromental Health Council”In 74.6 % of the schools the corridors have 3 m. width, In 5 % of the schools there is a health personnel and sickbay, In 84 % of the schools have central heating system, In 16 % of the schools are heated by stove, In 54 % of the class-rooms the mean numbers of the students are less than 35 Scoring was performed for“Enviromental Health Standard for schools”and the scores are as fallows 47.6 % are between 60-69, 30.2 % are between 70-79, 1.6% less then 50 point, 1.6 % more then 90 point.
