Özet
Bu çalışmanın amacı aday öğretmenlerin mesleki ve psikososyal gelişimlerine yönelik bir e-mentorluk sisteminin tasarlanmasıdır. Son yıllarda aday öğretmenlerin deneyim kazanmalarında mentorluk uygulamalarının varlığına ilişkin çalışmaların arttığını görmekle beraber, başlıca zaman ve mekân bağımsızlığı sağlayan e-mentorluk uygulamaları ile birlikte bu süreçler online ortamlarda yürütülebilmektedir. Online ortamlardaki mentorluk süreçleri için olmazsa olmaz noktalardan birisi kullanılacak platformun sahip olması gereken özelliklerdir. Bu araştırmada aday öğretmenlerin mesleki ve psikososyal sağlayabilecek bir e-mentorluk platformunun nasıl bir tasarıma sahip olması gerektiği, gelişimlerini kullanılabilirliği ve platformun tasarım unsurlarının neler olabileceği sorularına yanıt aranmıştır. Çalışma tasarım tabanlı araştırma yöntemine uygun olarak gerçekleştirilmiştir. Tasarım tabanlı araştırma yönteminin doğasına uygun olarak döngüsel aşamalar içeren araştırma, iki döngüsel aşamadan gerçekleşmektedir. Çalışma grubu, ortaokul düzeyindeki branşlarda görev yapmakta olan aday öğretmenler (menti) ve en az beş yıllık tecrübesi bulunan deneyimli öğretmenlerden (mentor) oluşmaktadır. Sürece 34 menti ve 23 mentor öğretmen katılmıştır. Araştırmanın verileri, yapılandırılmış görüşme formu, yarı yapılandırılmış mülakat, doküman analizi, eş zamanlı sesli düşünme tekniği kullanılarak toplanmıştır. Aday öğretmenler ve tecrübeli öğretmenler e-mentorluk sürecinde genel itibariyle, hızlı, erişimi kolay, açık, sade, kullanışlı ve görsel açıdan zengin bir platform kullanmayı beklemektedir. Ayrıca doküman analizi ve katılımcılardan toplanan veriler doğrultusunda, aday öğretmenlerin mesleki ve psikososyal gelişimlerini destekleyecek bir e-mentorluk sisteminin sahip olması gereken tasarım unsurları da belirlenmiştir.

The aim of this study is to design an e-mentoring system for the professional and psychosocial development of candidate teachers. In recent years, we have seen that the studies on the existence of mentoring practice in gaining experience of candidate teachers have increased. These processes, together with e-mentoring applications that provide time and place independence, can be carried out in online environments. One of the indispensable points for mentoring processes in online environments is the features that the platform to be used should have. In this study, answers were sought to the questions of what kind of a design an e-mentoring platform should have that can provide professional and psychosocial development of candidate teachers, its level of usefulness and what the design elements of the platform could be. The study was carried out in accordance with the design-based research method. In accordance with the nature of the design-based research method, the research, which includes cyclical stages, takes place in two cyclical stages. The sample group during the stages is the same. The sample group consists of candidate teachers (mentee) working in different branches at the secondary school level and experienced teachers (mentors) with at least five years of experience. 34 mentees and 23 mentor teachers participated in the process. In line with the purpose, problems and sub-problems of the research, the data were collected using a structured interview form, semi-structured interview, document analysis, and simultaneous thinking aloud technique. Candidate teachers and experienced teachers generally expect to use a fast, easy-to-access, open, simple, useful and visually rich platform in the e-mentoring process. In addition, in line with the collected data, the design elements that an e-mentoring system should have were determined to support the professional and psychosocial development of candidate teachers.
