Özet
ÖZET Bu araştırma. Bilgisayar Destekli Öğretim için hazırlanan eğitim yazılımlarında bulunması gereken öğretim tasarımları ölçütlerinin oluşturulması ve kullanılan eğitim yazılımlarının bu ölçütler açısından incelenmesini içermektedir. Araştırmacı tarafından, gerek kapsamının geniş olması, gerek konuyla doğrudan ilgili olması nedeniyle Mustafa NUMANOGLU'nun (1992) çalışmasında hazırladığı ders yazılımını değerlendirme formu alınmış, bu form,“Uygundur”,“Uygun Değildir”, ve“Uygun Değilse Nedeni”şeklinde 3'lü Likert tipi ölçek haline getirilerek Hacettepe ve Ankara Üniversitelerindeki konu ile ilgili uzmanlara sunulmuş, bu uzmanların görüşleri doğrultusunda formun şekli değiştirilmiş, formda bulunan bazı maddeler atılmış, yeni bazı maddeler eklenmiş ve bazı maddelerin yapısında da değişiklikler yapılmıştır. Yeni haliyle form aynı konuda çalışma yapan Ankara Üniversitesi Eğitim Bilimleri Fakültesi öğretim elemanı Dr. Nurettin ŞİMŞEK'in ve 1995 yılında Milli Eğitim Bakanlığı Bilgisayar Eğitimi ve Hizmetleri Genel Müdürlüğü uzmanlarınca hazırlanan EBİT Ders Yazılımını Değerlendirme Formu ile güçlendirilmiş, form taslağı daha sonra Milli Eğitim Bakanlığı Bilgisayar Eğitimi ve Hizmetleri Genel Müdürlüğü uzmanlarının görüşlerine sunulmuş, 4 uzmanın formu incelemesi sonucunda form yeniden düzenlenmiştir. Daha sonra form Ankara îli'nde çeşitli okullarda görev yapan, Bilgisayar Destekli Öğretim formasyonu alan 17 öğretmene sunulmuştur.“Uygundur”,“Karasızım”ve“Uygun Değildir”biçiminde sınıflanan anket formuna 1 5 öğretmenden yanıt gelmiştir. Yapılan analizlerde öğretmenlerin tamamı 49 maddeyi, % 93 'ü 30 maddeyi, % 87'si 13 maddeyi, % 80'i 8 maddeyi, % 73'ü 2 maddeyi, % 67'si 4 maddeyi, % 60'ı l maddeyi ve % 53 'ü de yine 1 maddeyi uygun bulmuştur. Diğer taraftan maddelerin tamamının aritmetik ortalaması (3,00 aritmetik ortalama üzerinden) 2,47'den yüksek bulunmuştur (49 maddenin aritmetik ortalaması 3,00 bulunmuştur.).Çalışmanın ikinci aşamasında formdaki maddeler doğrultusunda okullarında bilgisayar laboratuvarı bulunan 4 öğretmen tarafından, şu anda okullarda kullanılan toplam 3 yazılım (Engmatıc, Edunetics ve Mathkal) incelenmiş, inceleme sonucunda yazılımların mükemmel olmadığı ancak; ilk örnekler olmaları nedeniyle olumlu oldukları sonucuna varılmıştır.

III SUMMARY This study aimed to specify instructional design catenas in the educational software prepared for the Computer Assisted Instruction and to examine the avaliable software with respect to the specifical criteria. Because of the fact that it was directly related with the issue under examination and with the extent of the present study, the Evaluation Form for the Software which was designed by Mustafa NUMANOGLU (1992) was taken and prepared by the researcher as a three- point Likert- Scale composed of the descriptions of“relevant”,“irrelevant”and“if irrelevant, the reason”. This form was presented to the specialists concerned with this issue at Hacettepe and Ankara Universities. Based on their opinions, some of the items were dropped and new ones were added and the structure of some of the items was changed. With the new form, the evaluation form was strengthened by utilizing two other forms; one was developed by Nurettin SİMSEK and the other was prepared by the specialists of Ministry of National Education, General Directorate of Computer Education and Services, namely EBIT Evaluation Form for the Software. Then the draft form was given to the specialists of the General Directorate of Computer Education and Services in order to take their opinions. After being examined by 4 specialists, the form was reorganized according to the opinions obtained. Then the form was given to a number of 17 teachers with the formation of computer assisted instruction who were employed in various schools in the province of Ankara. A number of 15 teachers responded to the questionnaire which was classified as“relevant”,“uncertain”and“irrelevant”. Analyses showed that 49 items were considered as relevant by all the teachers; 30 items by 93 % of the teachers; 13 items by 87 %; 8 items by 80 %; 2 items by 73 %; 4 items by 67 %; 1 item by 60 % and again 1 item by 53 % of the teachers. The mean score of all the items (over the mean score of 3,00) was above 2,47 (the mean score of 49 items was found as 3,00). In the second phase of the study, a total number of 3 softwares, namely Engmatic, Edunetics and Mathkal, which are currently used in the schools withIV computer-labs were examined with respect to the items included in the evaluation form. As a result it was concluded that although these softwares are not excellent, they are positive as the first samples.
