Özet
Bu çalışmada bazı 4-alkil-5-açil substituelenmiş 2-aminopirimidin türevleri, tek-kap, çok bileşenli Domino reaksiyonu yöntemiyle sentezlenmiştir. Substrat olarak çok çeşitli beta-diketonların kullanımına elverişli metot ile on adet bileşik hazırlanmıştır. Bu ürünlerden yedisi orijinal olup diğer üç bileşik daha önce farklı metotla da rapor edilmiştir. Regio-selektif yöntem katalizör olarak %15 mol DBU ile % 90 verime kadar ulaşmıştır. Ürünler kristallendirme ile saflaştırılmıştır ve yapıları, IR, 1H and 13C NMR, mikro-analiz, HR-MS teknikleri kullanılarak aydınlatılmıştır.

In this study, 4-alkyl-5-acyl substituted 2-aminopyrimidine derivatives were synthesized via one-pot, multi-component domino reaction. Ten samples were prepared from the various beta-diketones are correspond for the new method. Seven products are newly and the other three compounds were reported from previous published method. The yields of the synthesis reach to %9 0 by means of % 15 mol DBU, regioselectively. The synthesized crude products have been purified by recrystallization technique from organic solvents and their structures IR, 1H / 13C NMR, elementel analysis, HR-MS. The structures of the prepared compounds were illuminated by means of IR, 1H and 13C NMR, micro-analyze methods.
