Özet
39 - IV. ÖZET Bu tezde, hastane istatistikleri ve İstanbul Tıp Fakültesi Hastanesi'nin 1 988- 1992 yıllan arası istatistik sonuçları incelenmiştir. Fakülte hastanesinde hastane İstatistik verilerinin değerlendirilmesinde 1988- 1992 yıllarına ait Form 53/A ve Form 56 sonuçları kullanılmıştır. Fakülte hastanesine ait 1988-1992 yılları arasındaki ortalama istatistik sonuçları ortalama hasta kalış gün sayısı, yatak işgal oranı, yatak devir aralığı ve yatak devir ora nı sırasıyla 12.21, 40.23, 18.22 ve 12.02 olduğunu göstermektedir. Yukarda % 40.23 olarak belirtilen yatak işgal oranı, % 80-85 olarak bilinen opti mum yatak işgal oranından ve hatta aynı döneme ait % 55.76 oranında olan Türkiye Tıp Fakülteleri hastanelerine ait ortalama değerinden daha düşük olduğu anlaşılmaktadır.

- 40 - V. SUMMARY In this thesis is described a study of statistics of hospital and statistics at the Hospital of Istanbul Faculty of Medicine in the years between 1 988 and 1 992. The results of the form 53/A and 56 were used for the investigation of statistics of the Hospital of Istanbul Faculty of Medicine. The average statistical results for the years between 1988 and 1992 at the Hospital of Istanbul Faculty of Medicine show that the average length of stay of patient, the percentage bed occupancy, the bed turnover interval and the bed throughput are 12.21, 40.23, 18.22 and 12.02 respectivaly. Above mentioned percentage bed accupancy value of 40.23 is very low as comparison to the optimum value of 80-85% and also the average value of 55.76% in the hospitals of Medicine Faculties in Türkiye in the same period.
