Özet
Bu çalışmada a_{n} ve b_{n} kompleks terimli diziler γ_{i},{β_i} ∈ℂ, i=0,1,2 ve λ spektral bir parametre olmak üzere a_{n-1}y_{n-1}+b_{n}y_{n}+a_{n}y_{n+1}=λy_{n} ,n∈ℕ={1,2,3,...}, (γ₀+γ₁λ+γ₂λ²)y₁+(β₀+β₁λ+β₂λ²)y₀=0 sınır değer probleminin ε>0 ve (1/2)≤δ≤1 olmak üzere sup[exp(e^{nδ})(|1-a_{n}|+|b_{n}|)]<∞ koşulu altında spektral özellikleri incelenmiştir. Bu tez üç bölümden oluşmaktadır. Birinci bölüm giriş bölümüne ayrılmıştır.İkinci bölümde spektral analizin temel tanım ve teoremleri hatırlatılmıştır.Üçüncü bölümde sınır koşulları spektral parametreye bağımlı diskret Schrödinger operatörünün Jost çözümü, Jost fonksiyonu, sürekli spektrumu, özdeğerleri, spektral tekillikleri ile bu özdeğer ve spektral tekilliklerin nicel özellikleri incelenmiştir.

In this study, spectral properties of boundary value problem a_{n-1}y_{n-1}+b_{n}y_{n}+a_{n}y_{n+1}=λy_{n}, n∈ℕ={1,2,3,...} (γ₀+γ₁λ+γ₂λ²)y₁+(β₀+β₁λ+β₂λ²)y₀=0 is investigated under the condition sup[exp(e^{nδ})(|1-a_{n}|+|b_{n}|)]<∞ for ε>0 and (1/2)≤δ≤1 where a_{n}, b_{n} complex sequences γ_{i},{β_i} ∈ℂ,i=0,1,2 and λ is a spectral parameter. This thesis contains three chapters.The first chapter is devoted to introduction.In the second chapter, some basic definitions and main theorems of spectral analysis are recalled. In the third chapter, Jost solution, Jost Function, continous spectrum, eigenvalues, spectral singularities of the discrete Schrödinger operator with boundary condition depending on the spectral parameter is investigated.
