Özet

4d ÖZET Enterobacteriaceae ailesinin etken olduğu infeks iyonlar m laboratuvar tanısı için model- olarak seçtiğimiz S.typhimuri- um ile daha duyarlı bir test geliştirmeyi amaçlayan bu çalış ma son 20 yılın bilgi birikimleri değerlendirilerek planlanmıştır. Çeşitli tekniklerin denendiği veya kullanıldığı deneyde genelde S.typhimurium'un dış membran proteinlerinin antijenik özellik teki özgül fraksiyonlarını arama konusunda yoğunlaşmıştır. Çalışma sonucunda“fra-b”ve“fra-a”fraksiyonlarının ELISA ile tanıda kullanılabileceği düşünülmüş ve erken tanı için IgM, IgG sınıfı antikorların araştırılması önerilmiştir. S U MM ARÎ This paper is planned by an aim to develop a more sensitive test in immunologic diagnosis of infection of S. typhimurium which is chosen as a model for Enterobacteriaceae family, by using the last 20 years' investigations. The test that various technics are used or tried in, are generally concentrated on finding a specific fraction of antigenic pro teins in the S. typhimurium outer membrane. As a result, we think that“fra-b”and“fra-a”fractions can be used in diagnosis of S. typhimurium. infection by ELISA and it can be recommended to study IgM, IgG class antibodies for early diagnosis. R E S U M £ Nous avons realise cette etude dans le but de mettre au point un test de diagnostic plus fiable que les tests classiques concernant les infections düs aux membres de la famille des Enterobacteriaceae, notamment S. typhimurium. Nous avons compare“ differentes techniques pour valoriser les propriâtgs antigeniques des proteines d'enveloppe de 8. typhimurium. D'aprSs les resultats pre*llminaires nous avons trouvg que les fractions ”fra-b“ et ”fra-a" sont utilisables dans les tests dELISA et que la detection des anticorps- IgM et IgG a un grand interest pour le diagnostic precoce.
