SUMMARY The Kişveri's Divan is only known work of Kişveri, one of the prominent representatives of fifteenth century Azerbaijan Turkish. The Divan, is in five copies - one in Bursa, one in Baku, one in Taşkent, one in Semerkant and one in Tahran. The manuscript of this thesis is based on Bursa copy, registered at Bursa General Library under No. 4369. Nevertheless, the layout of this manuscript and copy comparisons have been done in comperative viev of the Taşkent copy, registered under No. 652 of Özbekistan Şarkşinaslık institute and the Baku copy, registered under M -21 I 8408 at Azerbaycan Sciences Academy institute. Tn the forwarding section of our work, information has been submitted on Kişveri's life, his Divan and about the copies Divan. As a follow-up, linguistic specialities of the manuscript heve been reviewed. Tn the text part, a transcription version of the Divan has been submitted. Taking to the Bursa copy as the basis, differences on Baku and Taşkent copies heve been notified under each pertinent page. In the index section, the grammatical index of each word utilized in the manuscript have been indexed and the meaning of article headings have been given. The special index covers the names of persons and places mentioned in the manuscript. »s^s***
