Özet
Bir ülkenin tanıtılması turistlerle uzun vakit geçiren turist rehberlerine düşmektedir. Gönüllü turizm elçisi olan turist rehberleri, ülkeyi tanıtabilmek için performans sergilemektedirler. Bu çalışma, rehberlerin çalışma koşulları ile performansları arasındaki ilişkiyi araştırmaktadır ve rehberler içinde önem taşımaktadır. Bu tezin amacı, profesyonel turist rehberlerinin çalışma koşulları ile performans kriterlerinin ilişkisini ortaya çıkarmaktadır. Ayrıca çalışanların demografik ve mesleki özelliklerine göre algılamalarında istatistiki anlamda farklılık olup olmadığı incelenecektir. Antalya Türkiye'nin en önemli turist merkezlerinden ve en çok turist çeken şehirlerinden biridir. Uygulamaya katılanlar Antalya Rehberler Odasına bağlı profesyonel turist rehberleridir. Profesyonel turist rehberlerinin performans kriterleri ölçülerek çalışma koşulları incelenmiştir. Aralarındaki ilişkinin varlığı ve yönü tespit edilmeye çalışılmıştır. Araştırmanın sonucuna göre profesyonel turist rehberlerinin çalışma koşullarının alt boyutları ve çalışma koşullarının etkisinin alt boyutları ile performans kriterlerinin alt boyutları arasında pozitif ve anlamlı bir ilişki olduğu görülmektedir. Ancak çalışma koşullarının alt boyutlarından çalışmanın getirdiği olumsuzluklar ile sunum ve objektiflik arasında ve çalışmanın getirdiği olumsuzluklar ile tura hazırlık arasında ilişki bulunamamıştır

To introduce a country is the duty of the tourist guides who spend lots of time with tourists. Touist guides who are the volunteer tourism delegates are showing their performance to introduce the country. This work has been searching the relationship between the working conditions of the guides and their performance and also this work is very important for the guides. The aim of this thesis is to emphasize the relationship between the working conditions of the professional guides their performance criterion. Also whether there is a statistical difference in these guides perception depending on theirdemographic and professional features will be examined. Antalya is one of the most important tourism centers of Turkey and also it is one of the most attractive city for the tourists. The ones participating in this work are the professional guides who are bonded to the Antalya Guides Chamber. By assesing the performance criterion of these professional guides their working conditions has been examined. The relationship itself and the wayof it has been tried to make clear. According to the result of the research a positive and quite meaningful relationship has been found between the subdimensions of the working conditions and also the subdimensions of the affect of these conditions and the subdimensions of the performance criterion. But no relationship has been found between the negative things that the work causes and presentation and the objectivity and also no relationship has been found between the negative things that the work causes and the preparation for the tour.
