Özet
ÖZET Bu araştırmada mesleki eğitim kurumlarındaki sınıflarda hangi durumlarda disiplinsiz davranışlar yapılmakta olduğu ve bu yapılan disiplinsiz davranışlarda öğretmen ve öğrencilerin gösterdikleri tutum ve davranışların ne kadar etkili olduğu belirlenmeye çalışılmıştır. Araştırmada tarama modeli kullanılmıştır. Araştırma anketleri Adana Seyhan ilçesine bağlı İsmet İnönü Endüstri Meslek Lisesi ve çevresindeki Endüstri Meslek Liselerindeki öğretmen ve öğrenciler üzerinde uygulanmıştır. Okullardaki 100 öğretmen ve 100 öğrenci denek üzerinde uygulama yapılmıştır. Öğretmenlere ve öğrencilere aynı anket uygulanmış. Uygulanan anket“Derslerden ve okuldan kaynaklanan disiplin sorunları hangileridir.”,“Öğretmen ve iğrenci tutumundan kaynaklanan disiplin sorunları hangileridir.”başlıkları altında iki form şeklinde hazırlanmıştır. Bu araştırma altı bölümden oluşmaktadır. Bunlar; giriş, tez hakkında açıklamalar, bulgular, sonuçlar ve öneriler, ekler, kaynaklardır. Yapılan değerlendirmeler sonucunda görüldü ki öğretmenler de öğrenciler de sınıf içerisindeki disiplinsizliğin kaynağı konusunda hem fikirlerdir. En büyük nedenlerden bazıları öğretmenlerin derse zamanında gelmemesi, derslerin planlı ve programlı bir şekilde işlenmemesi, öğrencilerin dersi sevmemesi, sınıf geçme ve disiplin yönetmeliklerinden, öğretmenin dersi anlatırken ses tonunu değiştirmemesi, öğretmenin öğrenciye taraflı davranması ve en son olarak da öğrencilerin öğretmenlerden çekinmemesi olarak görülmektedir. Araştırmanın bazı önerileri şunlardır: Ders planlı, programlı işlenmelidir. Öğretmen dersi ilgi çekebilecek bir hale getirmeli, derse zamanında girip-çıkmalıdır. Dersin öğrenciye ne yarar sağlayacağı ve nerelerde kullanılacağını öğrencilere açıklamalıdır. Disiplinsiz öğrenci veya öğrencilerle özel olarak konuşulmalı tüm sınıfın önünde öğrenci yerilmemelidir. ABSTRACT In this investigation it this searched that in whish situations undisciplined behaviours are performed in classes at the vocational education institutions, and it is tried to define at which level the attitudes and the behaviours that teachers and student perform against these undisciplined behaviours are effective. The investigations questionnaire is applied to the teachers and the students at ismet İnönü Industrial Vocational School and the vocational schools around İsmet İnönü Industrial Vocational School. The questionnaires are applied to the 100 students and 100 teachers at these schools. The teachers and the students are given the same questionnaires. The questionnaire that is applied is prepared in two forms under two topics. These are“What are the discipline problems that are occur from lessons and the school? ”. What are the discipline problems that are occur because of the teachers and the students attitudes? This investigation is formed from six sections. These are introduction, explanations about the thesis, findings, results, advices,, additions and the sources. It is observed that the teachers and the students agree on the reasons of the undisciplinary in the classroom. Some of the major reasons are; teachers not entering the class on time, not presenting the lessons according to a plan & program, students antipathy to words the lessons, because of the regulations of discipline and passing to another class, teacher's not adjusting his / her voice while presenting the lesson, Teacher's subjective attitudes and the last thing is students don't refrain from teachers. Some advices of this invertigation are; the lesson should be presented according to a plan & program. The teacher's schould make the lesson interesting and should enter the class on time. It should be explained to the students that where they can use the knowledge they learn or what benefits these knowledges provide to them. The students who perform undisciplined behaviours should be talked sepretely; they shouldn't be scolded in front of the whole class. vm
