BÎYOLOJÎ DERSİNDE FARKLI Ö?RETİM METODLARININ Ö?RENCİ. BAŞARISINA ETKİSİ (Yüksek Lisans Tezi) Mehmet AKÇAY GAZİ ÜNİVERSİTESİ FEN BİLİMLERİ ENSTl'TÜSÜ Kasım 1990 ÖZ Öğretmenlerin biyoloji derslerinde uyguladıkları farklı öğretim metodlarının eğitim ve öğretim bakımın dan öğrenci üzerindeki etkisi yapılan uygulama sonuçlarından elde edilen verilerin birbirleriyle mukayese edilerek ortaya çıkarılan farklılıkların istatistiki olarak anlamlılığının tesbiti bu araştırmanın temelinin teşkil etmektedir. Bu çalışmada veri toplama tekniği olarak deney metodu uygulanmıştır. Elde edilen veriler tesadüfen seçilen 213 öğrencinin aldığı puanlarla sınırlıdır. Verilerin analizinde, varyans analizi ve“t”testi kullanılmıştır. Bu analizler sonucun da deneyde uygulanan Düz Anlatım metodu ile Soru-cevap metodu arasında anlamlı bir fark olmadığı, Düz Anlatım ve Soru-cevap metodlarının her ikisi ile Deney metodu arasında anlamlı bir farkın olduğu ortaya çıkmıştır. The Effect of Different Teaching Methods on Student's Success in the Biology Lesson (Master Thesis) MehmetcAKÇAY Gazi University Institute of Science And Technology November: 199G ABSTRACT The basis of this research is the effect of different methods on the student in terms of education and teaching, which are used by teachers in the biology lessons, the confirmation of the statistical meaningfulness of the differences found by the comparisons of the data oblained from the results of the practices carried out. As data gathering technique experimental method has been used in this study. Data gathered is limited by the points of 213 student who were coineidentally chosen. In the analysis of the data,“the variance analysis”and“the t test”has been used. ît was understood that there was no meaningful difference between“the simple narrating method”and“the ask and answer method”practised in the experinent but there was a meaningful difference between both“the simple narreting and the ask and answer methods”and“the experimental method. ”III
