The development of Bor, which is a small town related to Niğde province at the moment, has started to develop as a city by its conquest by Turks after the victory of Malazgirt. While 17 mosques and masjids, a tomb, two baths and an arasata- bedesten were surviving among the ones which have been built untill the announcement of republic in Turkey; the rest has disappeared. It is possible to examine the mosques and masjids by grouping them into two. Single domed and cube shaped mosques form the first group, as the mosques and the masjids with wooden ceilings form the second group. The only sample for the first group is Kale Mosque. Alaaddin Mosque, Arap Mehmed Mosque, Çayırlı Mosque are the ones from the second group with wooden ceilings, developing as quadrangle in width. Bal Hasan Mosque, Paşa Mosque, Dabakhane Mosque were covered with plain wood which is enclosed directly to the walls without any prop ups at inside; in order to provide wholeness in this group. Others were seperated into nef, changing from two to six in numbers, parallel to the mihrab. San Saltuk tomb, which is the only surviving sample, was a domed square construction in original, and has been changed by the following additions. Both parts of New Bath which was built up as a twin bath, and men's department of Old Bath are corner cell planned, and four eyvan cross shaped. But women's department is halvet cell planned, which surounds a quadrangle calidarium. Bedesten, which is situated under Paşa Mosque, with its this feature is included in two floored bedesten group. With its arasta like plan, it is included in arasta-bedesten group and with its arasta at its north, it is included in bedesten with arasta group as well.When we have a look at Alaaddin Mosque and Old Bath, those had been built at Karamanoğullan period; and Paşa Mosque- Bedesten, New Bath, those had been built at Classical Ottoman Period; we see that, they take attention with their ingredients of constructions and facial arrangements. Flat hewn- stone, rough hewn- stone and brick are used in those buildings as ingredients of construction. Wood supported unhewn-stone is used and it is general plastered in other kind of works. Stone, wood and pen works are seem generally plain on decorations in buildings. Decorations made of stone are common on doors, mihrabs and minbers; decorations made of wood are common on minbers and door wings. In a general view, memorial works are especially seem to be built at Karamanoğullan period and 16th Century Classical Ottoman Period.
