Özet
ÖZET Bu araştırma, dünya konjöktöründeki değişmelere paralel olarak toplumumuzun ihtiyaçlarını karşılayabilecek olan insan tipini yetiştirebilecek bir I 'i eğitim yapışım,“Eğitimcilerin ve ilgili Toplumsal Grupların Geleceğin Etkili Okullarını Oluşturmaya Yönelik Görüşleri”ne dayalı olarak geliştirmeyi amaçlamaktadır. Eğitim yöneticileri, öğretmenler, öğrenciler, anne ve babalar, akademisyenler ve medya çalışanları araştırmanın evrenini oluşturmaktadır. Örneklem 1774 kişiden oluşmuş olup, veriler kaynak taraması ve bilgi toplama aracı (anket) yoluyla toplanmıştır. Elde edilen verilere frekans, yüzde, aritmetik ortalama, standart sapma, varyans analizi ve t-testi istatistiksel çözümlemeleri uygulanmıştır. Anketin geçerlik ve güvenirlik hesaplaması Cronbach's Alpha (Alfa) kullanılarak yapılmıştır. Elde edilen bulgular yorumlanması sonucu öneriler geliştirilmiştir. Araştırmanın birinci bölümünde, ilgili alan yazı taranarak, geleceğin eğitiminin nasıl olabileceği tartışılmış, batı ülkelerinin eğitim sistemlerindeki son gelişmeler ortaya konmuş, Türk Eğitim Sistemindeki problemler incelenmiş ve bunlara dayalı olarak araştırmanın amacı ortaya konmuştur, ikinci bölümde konuya ilişkin yapılan araştırma ve yaymlar incelenmiştir. Üçüncü bölümde araştırma yöntemi açıklanmıştır. Dördüncü bölümde bulgular analiz edilip yorumlanmıştır. Beşinci bölümde ise araştırma sonuçları özetlenmiş ve mevcut okul yapılarının günümüz toplum ihtiyaçlarına cevap vermede yetersiz olduğu varsayımından hareketle oluşturulmuş olan 16 faktör, amaç, yapı, ve süreç ilişkisi içerisinde“Açık Sistem Yaklaşımı”ile önerilmiştir. Bu önerilerin 21. yüzyıla girerken küreselleşen dünyada toplumumuzun ihtiyaçlarını karşılayabilecek, gelişmelere ve değişmelere ayak uydurabilecek insan tipinin yetiştirilmesine katkıda bulunacağı umulmaktadır. Bu bölümde ayrıca gelecekteki araştırmacılar için bazı öneriler sunulmuştur. Bu araştırmanın bulgularına göre, önerilen alt boyutlara ilişkin tüm deneklerin görüşlerinin uyum içerisinde olduğu ve bazı örneklem gruplarının demografik (kişisel) özellikleri ile önerilen etkili okul alt boyut özellikleri arasında anlamlı farklılaşmaların olduğu tespit edilmiştir. ABSTRACT This research aim at developing an educational model which is capable of educating a human type that matches the social needs in line with the global fluctuations on the basis of“The opinions of the educators and related social groups about establishing effective school of the future ”. Educational administrators, teachers, students, parents, academicians and media members are the population of the research. The sample of the population consisted of 1774 subjects, and the data has been obtained through a literature review and a questionnaire that was applied to the whole sample. The data collected were analyzed by using statistical techniques such as frequencies, percentages, arithmetic mean, standard deviation, variance analysis and t-test. The validity and reliability computations of the questionnaire has been performed using Cronbach's Alpha. Based on the interpretation of the results a model has been developed. In the first chapter of the research, the relevant literature has been reviewed the posited state of the education of the future, has been discussed, the current developments that have taken place in western countries educational systems, have been put forward the problems that Turkish Educational System is encountered are examined and on the basis of all these, the aim of the research has been identified. In the second chapter, the relevant research and publications have been examined. In the third chapter, the methodology of the research has been explained. In the fourth chapter, the findings have been analyzed and interpreted. In the fifth chapter, the research findings have been summarized and with an assumption that the present school structure is insufficient to meet the current social needs, a school that contains 16 factors requiring the interrelations of goal, structure and process has been recommended with the“Open System Approach”It is hoped that this model will assist in creating a human type who can meet the social needs of the global society and adapt to the developments and chance of the 21th. century. In addition, in this chapter, some recommendations have been made for the future researchers. According to this research, it is determined that the opinions of all subjects of the test regarding the proposed sub-dimension of the model are coherent and that there are significant differences between demographic characteristics of same example groups and proposed effective school sub-dimension properties.
