Özet
35 6. ÖZET Meyve Suları ve Meyve öz Sularının Organik Fosforlu Pestisit Kalıntıları Yönünden Araştırılması Yapılan çalışmada piyasada halkın tüketimine sunulmuş bulunan çeşitli meyve suyu ve meyve öz suyu olmak üzere 150 adet numune toplandı. Seçilen bu numunelerin 120 tanesi meyve suyu, 30 tanesi de meyve öz suyu olarak belirlendi. Bu numunelerde zirai mücadelede yaygın şekilde kullanılan organik fosforlu pestisit kalıntılarının bulunup-bulunmadığının belirlenmesi amaçlandı. Bu örneklerde organik fosforlu pestisit kalıntılarının tespiti Mills tarafından belirlenen ekstraksiyon işlemi ile gerçekleştirildi ve süzüntüler kapillar kolonlu gaz kromatografisine uygulandı. Yapılan analizler sonucunda vişne suyu örneklerinden birinde 6,2 ppm düzeyinde diazinon, yine vişne suyu örneklerinden bir diğerinde 5,0 ppm düzeyinde malatiyon ve bir adet portakal suyu örneğinde ise 3,3 ppm düzeyinde metamidofos olmak üzere 3 adet örnekte pestisit kalıntısı tespit edildi. Elde edilen sonuçlar ülkemizde tüketime sunulan meyve suyu örneklerinde az sayıda da olsa pestisitler bakımından kirliliğin bulunduğu ve bulunan kirliliğin insan sağlığı bakımından tehlike36 oluşturabilecek düzeylerde olduğunu göstermektedir. Bu durum meyve üretimi ve meyve suyu imalatı aşamalarında pestisit kalıntıları yönünden tüketici durumundaki insanlarda tehlike oluşturmayacak yönde önlemlerin alınması gerektiğini ortaya koymaktadır.

SUMMARY An Investigation of The Residues of Organophosphorus Pesticides on Fruit Juices and Fruit Juice Concentrates For this study, totally 150 samples of commercial fruit juice and fruit juice concentrates were collected for the analysis from the market. In this selection of samples, 120 of samples were fruit juices and 30 were fruit juices concentrates. The aim of this study was to find out whether the residues of organophosphorus pesticides used excesively in agriculture were existing in these samples or not. Detection of organophosphorus pesticide residues in collected samples were made through the extraction process developed by Mills and the extracts were applied to capillary gas chromatographyfor analysis. The results of the analysis showed that pesticide residues were existing in 3 samples one of them was diazinon in a black cherry sample at 6,2 ppm level, the other one was malatiyon again in an other black cherry sample at 5,0 ppm level and the third residue was methamidofos in an orange juice sample at 3,3 ppm level.38 Result obtained from the fruit juices consumed publicly in Turkey show that the contamination from the point of pesticides, despite low number of cases, is existing and the level of contamination is hazardous for human health. This shows the necessity to take measures to avoid to pesticide residues not to reach hazardous levels for consumers' health during the production of fruit and fruit juice processing.
