Özet
Bu araştırma, öğretmenlerin psikolojik sermaye algılarını bireysel deneyimleri ve görev yaptıkları okulların kurumsal yapıları bağlamında incelemektedir. Psikolojik sermaye algılarının, mesleki yaşamda karşılaşılan bireysel ve yapısal faktörlerle nasıl şekillendiği analiz edilmiştir. Çalışmada, psikolojik sermaye algısını şekillendiren faktörler ortaya konmuştur. Araçsal durum çalışması modeli kullanılmıştır. Çalışma grubunu, Aydın ilinde farklı sosyoekonomik düzeylerdeki liselerde görev yapan 42 öğretmen oluşturmaktadır. Veriler, araştırmacı tarafından geliştirilen yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme formu ile toplanmış, yazıya dökülmüş, tümevarımsal içerik analiziyle çözümlenmiştir. Geçerlik ve güvenirlik için katılımcı teyidi, maksimum çeşitlilik ve uzman görüşü esas alınmıştır. Bulgular; okul türü, öğrenci/veli profili, fiziksel donanım, yönetim tarzı, karar süreçlerine katılım, öğretim hedefleri ve sosyal etkinlikler bağlamında, öğretmen deneyimleri temelinde değerlendirilmiştir. Sosyoekonomik farklılıkların okulların kurumsal habitusları belirlediği ve bunun da öğretmenlerin psikolojik sermaye algılarını şekillendiren faktörlerden biri olduğu görülmüştür. Sonuç olarak, öğretmenlerin psikolojik sermaye algılarının yalnızca bireysel çabalara değil, yapısal koşullar ve sosyal bağlamlarla şekillendiğine ulaşılmıştır.

This study examines teachers' perceptions of psychological capital within the context of their individual experiences and the institutional structures of the schools in which they work. It analyzes how psychological capital perceptions are shaped by both individual and structural factors encountered in professional life. The study identifies the key factors influencing perceptions of psychological capital. An instrumental case study model was employed. The study group consisted of 42 teachers working in high schools with varying socioeconomic levels in the province of Aydın. Data were collected through a semi-structured interview form, transcribed, and analyzed using inductive content analysis. To ensure validity and reliability, participant confirmation, maximum variation sampling, and expert review were utilized. The findings were evaluated based on teachers' experiences in relation to school type, student/parent profile, physical infrastructure, administrative style, participation in decision-making processes, achievement of instructional goals, and engagement in social, cultural, and scientific activities. Socioeconomic differences were found to be a determining factor in shaping schools' institutional habitus, which in turn influenced teachers' psychological capital perceptions. In conclusion, the findings suggest that teachers' perceptions of psychological capital are shaped not only by individual effort but also by structural conditions and social contexts.
