Özet
Bu çalışmanın temel amacı, Millî Eğitim Bakanlığı tarafından ortaokul 7. ve 8. sınıf öğrencilerinin kariyer gelişim süreçlerini desteklemek amacıyla Super'in Yaşam Boyu–Yaşam Alanı kuramına dayalı olarak geliştirilmiş Kariyer Uyumunu Destekleme Psikoeğitim Programının 8. Sınıf öğrencileri üzerindeki etkisini incelemektir. Araştırmada, deney ve kontrol gruplu ön test, son test ve izleme testlerinden oluşan yarı deneysel desen kullanılmıştır. Araştırmanın çalışma grubunu, 2023- 2024 eğitim-öğretim yılında Ankara'da 8. sınıfa devam eden ve çalışmaya gönüllü olarak katılan 16'sı deney grubunda, 16'sı kontrol grubunda yer alan toplam 32 öğrenci oluşturmuştur. Araştırmada veri toplamak amacıyla Ortaokul Öğrencileri İçin Kariyer Gelişim Ölçeği, Kişisel Bilgi Formu ve Oturum Değerlendirme Formu kullanılmıştır. Deney grubuna altı oturumdan oluşan, Kariyer Uyumunu Destekleme Psikoeğitim Programı uygulanmış; kontrol grubuna ise,öğrencilerin kariyer gelişimi ile ilgili olmayan; akran zorbalığı, iletişim becerileri ve teknoloji bağımlılığı konularını kapsayan üç oturumluk bir rehberlik programı uygulanmıştır. Araştırmanın bağımsız değişkeni Kariyer Uyumunu Destekleme Psikoeğitim Programı iken, bağımlı değişkeni ise kariyer gelişimidir. Programın etkililiğini değerlendirmek amacıyla, deney ve kontrol gruplarındaki katılımcılara Ortaokul Öğrencileri İçin Kariyer Gelişim Ölçeği ön test, son test ve izleme testi şeklinde uygulanmıştır.Uygulamalar tamamlandığında deney grubundaki katılımcıların programa ilişkin görüşlerini değerlendirmek amacıyla Oturum Değerlendirme Formu kullanılmıştır.Araştırmada deney ve kontrol gruplarından elde edilen verilerin analizi, SPSS25 istatistik paket programı aracılığıyla gerçekleştirilmiştir. Araştırmada, psikoeğitim programının etkililiğini belirlemek amacıyla parametrik olmayan testler tercih edilmiştir. Bu kapsamda, 2 grup (deney ve kontrol) ve 3 ölçüm zamanı (ön test, son test, izleme testi) üzerinden FriedmanTesti uygulanmıştır. Deney ve kontrol gruplarının ön test puanları arasındaki fark için Mann-Whitney U Testi, deney grubunun ön test-son test ve son test- izleme testi puanları arasındaki fark için ise Wilcoxon İşaretli Sıralar Testi kullanılmıştır. Tüm analizlerde anlamlılık düzeyi .05 olarak alınmıştır. Yapılan analizler sonucunda, son test puanları açısından deney ve kontrol grupları arasında deney grubu lehine istatistiksel olarak anlamlı bir farklılık bulunmuştur.Bu bulgu, uygulanan psikoeğitim programının 8.Sınıf öğrencilerinin kariyer gelişimini destekleyici etkisini göstermektedir. Çalışma sonunda psikoeğitim programının, deney grubunun kariyer gelişimi üzerinde olumlu ve orta vadede sürdürülebilir bir etki yarattığı belirlenmiştir. Sonuçlar, alanyazındaki benzer çalışmaların bulgularıyla karşılaştırılarak yorumlanmıştır. Araştırmanın sonunda araştırmacılara ve uygulamacılara yönelik çeşitli öneriler sunulmuştur.

The primary aim of this study is to examine the effectiveness of the Career Adaptability Support Psychoeducational Program, which was developed by the Ministry of National Education for 7th and 8th grade secondary school students based on Super's Life-Span, Life-Space Theory, in order to foster their career development processeson 8th grade students. A quasi-experimental design consisting of pretest, posttest, and follow-up tests with experimental and control groups was employed. The study group comprised a total of 32 eighth-grade students in Ankara during the 2023–2024 academic year, 16 of whom were assigned to the experimental group and 16 to the control group on a voluntary basis. Data were collected using, the Career Development Scale for Secondary School Students, the Personal Information Formand the Session Evaluation Form. The experimental group participated in a six-session Career Adaptability Support Psychoeducational Program, while the control group attended a three-session guidance program addressing peer bullying, communication skills, and technology addiction—topics unrelated to career development. The independent variable of the study was the Career Adaptability Support Psychoeducational Program, and the dependent variable was career development. To assess the program's effectiveness, the Career Development Scale for Secondary School Students was administered as pretest, posttest, and follow-up tests to both experimental and control groups. Upon completion of the intervention, the Session Evaluation Form was administered to participants in the experimental group to gather their feedback regarding the program. Data analyses were conducted using the SPSS 25 statistical software package. In the study, nonparametric tests were employed to determine the effectiveness of the psychoeducational program. Within this scope, The Friedman test was conductedacross two groups (experimental and control) and three measurement points (pretest, posttest, and follow-up test). The Mann-Whitney U test was utilized to examine the difference between the pretest scores of the experimental and control groups, while the Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test was applied to analyze the difference between the pretest-posttest and posttest-follow-up test scores of the experimental group. The significance level for all analyses was set at .05. The results revealed a statistically significant difference in posttest scores in favor of the experimental group. This finding indicates that the psychoeducational program had a positive effect on supporting students' career developmentof 8th grade students. Furthermore, the program was found to generate positive and moderately sustainable effects on the career development of the experimental group. The findings were interpreted in comparison with results of similar studies in the literature. Finally, several recommendations were offered for both researchers and practitioners.
