Özet
Tez çalışmamız, Kur'an'da se-ne-ne Kökünden gelen kelimeleri, konulu tefsîr çerçevesinde incelemektedir. Bir giriş, iki ana bölüm, değerlendirme, sonuç ve kaynakça bölümlerinden oluşmaktadır. Giriş bölümünde tezin önemi, amacı, problemi, yöntem ve kaynakları ortaya konulmuştur. Birinci bölümde se-ne-ne kökü etimolojik ve semantik boyutuyla incelenmiştir. Câhiliye devrinde de kullanılan sünnet kelimesine verilen anlamları tesbit edebilmek için ilk dönem itibariyle kayda geçen veriler taranmış, bu veriler neticesinde 'diş' kökünden gelen kelimenin 'iz sürme' ortak anlamı ile düzenli bir süreklilik anlamında birleştiği sonucuna varılmıştır. Sonrasında Kur'an'da se-ne-ne Kökünden gelen kelimelerin Kur'an'da geçen kullanımları ele alınmış, ardından özellikle de sünnet kelimesinin Kur'ândaki formları ele alınıp istatistiği yapılmıştır. Elde edilen veriler ışığında sünnetullâh terkibine tanım getirilmiş, bu düzlemde Kur'an'da sünnetullâhın anlam çerçevesi ve sünnetullâh ile yakın anlamlı kelimeler olan kelime, ḳavl, haḳḳ ve eyyâm- eyyâmullâh kelimeleri sünnetullâh ile yakınlık yönleriyle incelenmiştir. Ardından Kur'an'ın tanıttığı boyutlarıyla sünnetullâhın özellikleri açıklanmıştır. İkinci bölümde içinde sünnet-sünnetullâh geçen âyetleri içine alan sûreleri özellikleriyle tanıtılmasının ardından bu âyetler, bağlamlarıyla incelenmiştir. Bu çerçevede on sûrenin onbir âyetini nuzûl dönemi, içeriği, sûre içindeki konum boyutlarıyla ele alınmıştır. Bu âyetlerin hepsinin geçmişe vurgusunun olması hasebiyle âyetin içerdiği anlamları özellikle geçmiş dönemlere şâhitlik eden Kur'ân kıssalarıyla canlı örnekler halinde sunulma gayretine girilmiştir.

This thesis examines the words from the root se-ne-ne in the Qur'an within the framework of the thematic tafsīr. It consists of an introduction, two main chapters, evaluation, conclusion and bibliography. In the introduction section, the importance, purpose, problem, methods and sources of the thesis are put forward. In the first part, the root se-ne-ne is examined in terms of etymological and semantic aspects. In order to determine the meanings given to the word sunnah, which was also used in the period of Jahiliyya, the data recorded at the first period were analyzed, and as a result, it was concluded that the word comes from the root of 'tooth' combining with the common meaning of 'tracking' in the sense of a regular continuity. Then, the usages of the words coming from the root se-ne-ne in the Quran were researched, and then especially the forms of the word sunnah in the Quran were discussed and the statistical analysis were performed. In the light of the obtained data, the term sunnatullah was defined, and in this context, the meaning framework of sunnatullah in the Qur'an with the words kalime,ḳavl, haḳḳ and eyyâm- eyyâmullâh, which are the words with similar meanings to sunnatullah, were studied in terms of their close meanings to sunnatullah. And the features of sunnatullāh were explained with the aspects that was introduced in the Quran. In the second part, after introducing the surahs that contain sunnah-sunnahullāh in it, the properties of these verses were introduced and analyzed with their contexts. In this framework, eleven verses of ten sūrahs were analyzed in terms of their reason for going down, content, and meaning within the sūrah. Since all of these verses have emphasises from the past periods, efforts have been made to present the meanings contained in the verse as living eamples especially with the Qur'anic stories that bear witness to past periods.
