ÖZET Bilim Uzmanlığı Tezi BAZI FİTOHORMONLARIN FAGUS ORİENTALİS LİPSKY TOHUMLARININ ÇİMLENMESİNE VE 1 + 0 YAŞINDAKİ FİDELERİNİN BÜYÜMESİNE ETKİLERİ Sevcihan BARUTÇU Zonguldak Karaelmas Üniversitesi Fen Bilimleri Enstitüsü Orman Mühendisliği Ana Bilim Dalı Tez Danışmanı: Prof. Dr. Surhay ALLAHVERDİEV Mayıs, 2000, 62 sayfa Bazı fıtohormonlann F. orientalis Lipsky tohumlarının çimlenmesi ve 1 + 0 yaşlı fıdanlardaki gelişimine etkisini görmek amacıyla Polistimullin K, Polistimullin A6, H20 (kontrol), Cam kırıkları ve 70 C su ile muamele edilen tohumların çimlenmesi gözlenmiştir. Ayrıca PS-K ve PS-A6'nın birlikte sulu çözeltisinin 1 + 0 yaşındaki F. orientalis Lipsky fidelerinde gösterdiği etkiyi gözlemek amacıyla iki ayrı parsele dikilmiştir. mÖZET (Devam ediyor) Yapılan gözlemler sonucu tohumların çimlenmesinde ilk günlerden ve haftalardan itibaren PS-K ve PS-A6 gruplarında diğer gruplara oranla oldukça hızlı gelişme olmuştur. İki ayrı parsele dikilen fidanlarda ise PS-K ve PS-A6'nın 50 'şer mg/lt oranlarında sulu çözeltiyle muamele edilen parselde kontrol parseline oranla daha fazla gelişme görülmüştür. Büyüme döneminin sonunda iki ayrı parselde fıdanlardaki çap, yaprak sayısı, yaprak boyu, yaprak çapı, dallanma sayısı, dal boyu, çapı ölçülmüştür. Parsellerin birbirinden farkları Varyans Analizi ile anlamlandınlmıştır. Neticede, her beş gruptaki tohum gelişiminin ve her iki parseldeki fidanların gelişiminin farklı olduğu gözlenmiştir. PS-K ve PS-A6 fitohormonlarmın gelişme hızını arttırdığı ispatlanmıştır.

ABSTRACT Master of Science Thesis INFLUENCE OF SOME PHYTOHORMONES ON SEED GERMINATION AND ANNUAL SEEDLING GROWTH OF FAGUS ORİENTALİS LİPSKY Sevcihan BARUTÇU Zonguldak Karaelmas University Graduate School and Applied Sciences Department of Forest Engineering Thesis Advisor: Prof. Dr. Surhay ALLAHVERDİEV May, 2000, 62 pages For seeing the effect of some phytohormons to the germination of Fagus orientalis Lipsky seeds and for seeing the effects to the growing of 1 + 0 old young plants, we apllied the seeds with pollistimullin K, pollistimullin A6, H20 (Kontrol), glass pieces and 70°C water and them we watched over the germination of seeds. Also for seeing the effects of PS-K and PS-A6.ABSTRACT (Continued) With after solution on Fagus orientalis Lipsky young plants which is at the age of 1 + 0 thay have been planted to the two different parcel. At the result of our observation it's been seen that the germination of seeds in PSK and PS-A6 groups showed faster growing ability than the other groups at the first days and weeks. At the young plants which are been planted to the two different parcels and which are been applied with PS-K and PS-A6 50 mg/lt water solution showed more growing ability than the control parcel. At the result of growing period the height the largeness the number of leaves, the lenght of leaves, the largeness of leaves, the number, the height, and the largeness of branches of the young plants been measured at the two different parcels. The differences between the parcels been determined by Varyans Analysis. As a result, it's been observed that the growing of the seeds in both of groups and the growing of the young plant in the both two parsels are different. It's been proved that PS-K and PS-A6 phytohormons increase the speed of growing.
