Özet
Bu araştırmada, çeşitli değişkenler yönünden farklılık gösteren okul danışmanlarının mesleki doyum düzeyleri karşılaştırmıştır. Araştırmanın örneklemini, Ankara ili merkez okullarında görev yapan okul danışmanlarından ve araştırmaya gönüllü olarak katılan 209 kişi oluşturmakladır. Okul danışmanlarına Mesleki Doyum Ölçeği, Mesleki Yeterlilik Ölçeği ve Bilgi Formu uygulanmıştır. Elde edilen verilerin istatistiksel analizinde iki arasındaki yüzde arasındaki farkın önemlilik testi (t-test) ve varyans analizi kullanılmıştır. Bulgular, okul danışmanlarının cinsiyet, mezun olunan bölüm, yaş, meslekte çalışma yılı değişkenlerinde MDÖ'nin her iki alt boyutuna ilişkin aldıkları puanlar arasında anlamlı bir farklılık olmadığını göstermiştir. Bunun yanı sıra, Anadolu Liselerinde çalışan okul danışmanları ile hem İlköğretim OkuJu hem de Meslek Liselerinde çalışan okul danışmanları arasında, MDÖ'nin her iki alt boyutuna ilişkin almış oldukları puanlar arasında anlamlı bir fark bulunmuştur. Mesleğini isteyerek seçen okul danışmanları ile istemeyerek seçen okul danışmanları arasında, hem niteliklere uygunluk hem de gelişme fırsatı alt boyutuna ilişkin almış oldukları puanlar arasında farkın anlamlı olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Bununla beraber, işimden sağladığım kazançlar, işyerindeki denetimin adil ve bilimsel olması, çalışma saatleri, araç-gereç olanakları, odanın olması ve düzeni, velilerin psikolojik danışma ve rehberlik faaliyetlere karşı tutumları ve son olarak öğretmenlerle ve diğer meslektaşlar olan ilişkiler gibi değişkenlerde okul danışmanlarının MDÖ'nin her iki alt boyutuna ilişkin almış oldukları puanlar arasında anlamlı bir farka rastlanmamıştır. Niteliklere uygunluk ve gelişme fırsatı alt boyutlarına ilişkin Okul danışmanlarının; yetki ve sorumluluk, mesleğin ilgi ve yetenekler uygunluğu, yöneticilerin alanla ilgili görevler vermesi, öğrencilerin psikolojik ve rehberlik faaliyetlerine karşı tutumları değişkenlerinde almış oldukları puanlar arasındaki farkın anlamlı olduğu görülmüştür. Ayrıca yöneticilerin ve deneticilerin saygılı ve anlayışlı yaklaşımları ile mesleğe saygı gösterilmesi değişkenlerinde, okul danışmanlarının MDÖ'den aldıkları puanlar arasında niteliklere uygunluk alt boyutunda anlamlı bir farklılık bulunurken yine aynı değişkenlere ilişkin gelişme fırsatı alt boyutunda anlamlı bir farklılığa rastlanmamıştır. Ayrıca okul danışmanlarının meslek doyum ile mesleki yeterlilik arasındaki ilişki düşük düzey bulunmuştur. (r=.26)

In this research, job's satisfaction of the school counselors that shows difference for various variables, have been compared. 209 school counselors who were attended to this research willingly and works in central schools in Ankara, are the sample of the this research. It has been applied Job Satisfaction Scale, Job Competence Scale and Data Form to the school counselors. Variance analyze and t-test have been used in the statistical analyze of the available Findings has shown that there is no meaningful difference between the taken scores that belong the both of two dimensions of Vocational Satisfaction Scale (VSS) in the variable of the sex, the department that has been educated, the ages and the working years in their profession of the school counselors. However, it has been found that there is a meaningful difference between the teken scores of the both of two dimensions of Vocational Satisfaction Scale (VSS), which have been taken by the school counselors who work in Anatolian High School and in both of primary schools and trade schools. It has been determined that the difference is meaningful between the teken scores that are belonging to both the appropriateness of qualities and the development chance's bottom dimension, by willingly and unwillingly. On the other hand there has been no meaningful difference between the scores of both two bottom dimensions of Vocational Satisfaction Scale (VSS) which has been taken by school counselors in the variables as advantages that can have from profession, justly and scientific control in the place of employment, working hours, the possibility of equipment, having room and its order, the attitude of the protectors to the psychological counseling and guidance activities and finally the relationships of the teachers and the other colleagues. It has been understood that the difference is meaningful between the taken scores that are belonging to the bottom dimensions of development chance and appropriateness of qualities in the variables of the school counselor authority and responsibility, interests and capability of the profession, the works that are belonging to the profession by the directors, and the attitudes of the students to the psychological counseling and guidance activities. Furthermore it has been found that there is a meaningful difference between the taken scores of Vocational Satisfaction Scale (VSS) that are belonging to the quality appropriateness bottom dimensions by the school counselors in the variables of respectful and intelligent approaches of directors and inspectors, and the respects to the profession. It has been found no meaningful difference in the bottom dimensions of development chance in the same variables.
