68 SUMMARY The big developments, which staturted with the age of the republic, gave sculptors a change to imprave themselves and show their talents. In the beginning, the pragress of the sculpture was prevented because of difficulties dealing with technical, problems. As time went oh, dealing with the difficulties improved and besides stotve, many other bold things also occvred, the chonging of its position is abserved. This boldness, either abstractor concrete would seem to be a new idea filled with plastic things rather than traditional cement. After the 1950' s they come back with their concrete resseach in the art of sculpture called. Hadi Bara with their effarts they tried to continue sculpture, besides starve, with courage. In the last quater of the 20 th century, it was as if thee images of human either lost it's virtve or was defeoted by technology, Monumental and explainable meaning of the stat ve disappeared making it hard to make its laws and logic clear. At the sometime, like many brands of art, sculpture has widened to include every kind of model. This model after the 1970's parallels the improved age of com paring in sculpture as substances and applying minimal sclupture which was started by Sadi Çalık, Kuzgun Acar, Saim Bugay, Ali Teoman Garmaner, Meriç Hızal, Füsun Onur, Seyhun Topuz, Remzi Savaş, Mehmet Aksoy, Koray Ariş, Yunus Tonkuş, Rahmi Aksungur etc. Sculptors who went on in cantem porary meaning. Shortly, through al of these negative aspects, with all of the performance of the sculptors that we mentined Turkish sculpture to a contempory line. tec yükseköğretim kurulu
