Özet
IV ÖZET Bu araştırma tanımlayıcı ve analitik bir çalışma olup, 1998 yılı Ekim ayı içerisinde Atatürk Üniversitesi Hemşirelik Yüksek Okulu 1., 2., 3. ve 4. sınıf öğrencilerinin aile ve arkadaşlarından algıladıkları sosyal destek ile anksiyete düzeyi arasındaki ilişkiyi değerlendirmek amacıyla yapılmıştır. Veriler, öğrencilerin sosyo-demoğrafik özelliklerini belirlemek amacıyla araştırmacı tarafından geliştirilen bir anket formu, Procidona ve Heller'in geliştirdikleri, Eskin'in Türkçe'ye uyarlamış olduğu ASD-AL/AR-Aile ve Arkadaşlardan algılanan Sosyal Destek ölçeği ile Spielberger'in geliştirdiği, Öner ve Le Compte tarafından Türkçe'ye uyarlanan Daramlok/Sürekli Anksiyete Ölçeğinden sadece Sürekli Anksiyete Ölçeği kullanılarak toplanmıştır. Verilerin değerlendirilmesinde yüzdelik, t testi, korelasyon ve varyans analizi kullanılmıştır. Araştırma kapsamına alınan 303 öğrencinin %51.49'unun 20-22 yaş grubunda, %26.40'ının 1. Sınıfta, %46.86'sının da 1-3 kardeşi olduğu belirlenmiştir. Öğrencilerin aileden algıladıkları sosyal destek (ASD-AL) puan ortalamasının 14.61±4.69 olduğu; yaş, sınıf düzeyi, kardeş sayısı, anne-babanın eğitimi, işi ve ailenin aylık geliri gibi değişkenlerden etkilenmediği belirlenmiştir. Arkadaşlardan algılanan sosyal destek (ASD-AR) puan ortalamasının ise 14.59±5.12 olduğu; arkadaş grubu, arkadaş sayısı ve öğrencinin aylık geliri gibi değişkenlerden etkilendiği görülmüştür. öğrencilerin sürekli anksiyete düzeyinin yüksek (46.46±8.27) olduğu, aile ve arkadaşlardan algılanan sosyal destek ile aralarında negatif doğrultuda anlamlı bir ilişkinin bulunduğu tespit edilmiştir (r=-0.114 ASD/AL, T-0.431 ASD/AR, PO.05). Aile ve arkadaşlardan algılanan sosyal destek düştükçe, öğrencilerin anksiyete düzeyleri yükselmektedir. Sürekli anksiyete düzeyi 2. sınıflarda daha yüksek (49.12±7.46) bulunmuştur, öğrencinin aylık geliri ile sürekli anksiyete düzeyi arasında negatif yönde anlamlı bir ilişki olduğu saptanmıştır (r=-193, P<0.05).

SUMMARY The present study, which is a definitive and analytical research, was conducted during the month of October among the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and the 4th year students studying at the Nursery College at Atatürk University in order to evaluate the relation between anxiety level of these students and the perceived social support they received from their families and friends. Data were collected by a questionnaire developed by this researcher to determine the socio-demographical characteristics of the students, by the Scale for Perceived Social Support Received from Families and Friends- PSS-FA /FR developed by Procidana and Heller and adapted to Turkish by Eskin, and by using only the Inventery Trate Scale of the Situational/lnventery Trate Scale which was developed by Spielberger and was adapted to Turkish by öner and Le Compte. Percentage, t-test, correlation and variance analysis were used in evaluating the data. It was determined that of the 303 students included in the study 51.49% were in 20-22 age group, 26.40% were first year students, and 46.86% had 1-3 brothers or sisters. It was determined that the mean point for the perceived social support that students received from their families ( PSS-FA ) was 14.61 ±4.69, and the variables such as age, social status, number of brothers or sisters, educational level of the parents, jobs of family members, and monthly income of the family did not affect the point average. It was seen that the mean point for the perceived social support that students received from their friends ( PSS-FR ) was 14.59±5.12, and the variables such as friend groups, number of friends and the monthly income of the student affected the mean point. It was found that the inventery anxiety level of the students was high (46.46±8.27) and that there was a significant opposite relation between their anxiety level and the perceived social support they received from their families and friends (rpss/FA-0.114 rPss/Fr= 0.431) The anxiety ? level of the students went up as the perceived social support they received from their families and friends decreased. The level of inventery anxiety was found to be higher (49.12±7.46) among 2nd yearVI students. A significant opposite relation between the monthly income and the level of inventery anxiety of the students was determined (r= - 0, 193, p<0.05).
