Özet
Bu çalışma, Avrupa Birliği'nin gelişiminin yeni aşamasında mekânsal reformların önceliği Doğu'ya ve Güneye doğru genişlemesinde bölgesel aktörlerin rolünü inceliyor. Bu nedenle AB'nin ve Komşuluk Politikasında mevcut jeopolitik ve ekonomik stratejisini analiz etmek, Komşu ülkelerle, AB arasındaki ilişkiye odaklanılarak AB genişlemesinin ve gelişmesinin bu bölgelerin yerleştiği konuma göre jeostratejik çıkarları üzerindeki etkisini değerlendiriyor. Bununla da 'dostlar halkasının' oluşumunu göstererek, Avrupa Komşuluk Politikasının AB'nin jeopolitik gelişim süreçlerine katkısını analiz edeceğiz. Coğrafi konuma göre AB genişlemesini Avrupa Komşuluk Politikasının uygulanmasında birçok perspektiften incelenecektir. Avrupa Birliği'nin Komşuluk Politikasının“Doğu Ortaklığı”çerçevesinde Güney Kafkasya coğrafi bölgesindeki temel jeostratejik ve siyasi hedeflerini vurgulamıştır. Çalışmanın sonuçları daha derinlemesine araştırmalara olanak sağlayacaktır. Yukarıdaki sorunları çözmek için: genel bilimsel bilgi yöntemleri- analiz, sentez, karşılaştırmalı tanımlayıcı yöntem, soyutlama, genelleme; tarihsel yöntem, sistem analizi; kartografik yöntem, biçimsel mantık yasaları gibi araştırma yöntemleri kullanılmıştır. Bu çalışma, uzmanların: siyaset bilimciler, tarihçiler, filozoflar, ekonomistler ve sosyologların makalelerindeki alıntılarından faydalanarak hazırlandı.

This article analyses the role of regional actors in the enlargement of the European Union towards the East and South. It focuses on spatial reforms in the new phase of the EU's development. It analyses the current geopolitical and economic strategy of the EU and its neighbourhood policy, focusing on the relationship between the EU and the neighbouring countries. It assesses the impact of EU enlargement and development on the geostrategic interests of these regions in relation to their location. We will analyse the contribution of the European Neighbourhood Policy to the geopolitical development processes of the EU, showing the formation of the“circle of friends”. The implementation of the European Neighbourhood Policy will analyse EU enlargement by geography from several perspectives. It highlighted the main geostrategic and political objectives of the European Union's Neighbourhood Policy in the geographical region of the South Caucasus within the framework of the“Eastern Partnership”. The results of the study will allow for further in-depth research. In order to solve the above mentioned problems: general scientific methods of knowledge- analysis, synthesis, comparative descriptive method, abstraction, generalisation; historical method, system analysis; cartographic method, laws of formal logic were used. The study was prepared with the help of quotations from the articles of experts: political scientists, historians, philosophers, economists and sociologists.
