Özet
Çalışmanın amacı, intörn hemşirelik öğrencilerinin ahlaki düzeyleri ve etkileyen faktörleri değerlendirmektir. Bu çalışma, tanımlayıcı nitelikte planlanmıştır. Araştırmanın evrenini Karadeniz'de bulunan üniversitelerdeki hemşirelik 4. sınıf öğrencileri oluşturmuştur. Evrenini bilinen örneklem hesabına göre %99 güven seviyesi ile 397 kişi alınması gerekmektedir. Çalışma kriterlerine uyan ve çalışmaya katılmayı kabul eden 408 kişi araştırmanın örneklemini oluşturmuştur. Araştırmada Shapiro-Wilk, Kolmogorov-Smirnov, Mann Whitney U ve Kruskal Wallis Testi kullanılmıştır. Araştırmada değişkenlerin anlamlılık istatistiksel anlamlılık düzeyi p<0.05 olarak kabul edilmiştir. Katılımcıların %27,9'u erkek- %72,1'i kadındır. En son mezun olunan liselerin %82,1'i diğer liseler iken, %17,9'u Sağlık Meslek Liseleri, yaş ortalaması 22,+16, akademik ortalamaları 78,+82 olduğu saptanmıştır. Katılımcıların Hemşirelerde Ahlaki Cesaret Ölçeği puanı ortalama değeri 76,+31 olarak elde edilmiştir. Yoğun bakım ve psikiyatri kliniğinde çalışanların acil serviste çalışanlara göre Hemşirelerde Ahlaki Cesaret Ölçeği (HACÖ) puanının yüksek olduğu bulunmuştur. Katılımcıların HACÖ puanı cinsiyete göre bakıldığında kadınların erkeklerden daha fazla olduğu görülmüştür. Bireysel ahlaki cesaret puanı ile HACÖ puanı ve diğer alt boyutlar arasında anlamlı pozitif yönlü ilişki olduğu saptanmıştır. Ahlaki cesaret intörn hemşirelik öğrencilerinde yüksek olduğu bulunmuştur.

In this study, we aim to determine the level of moral courage in nursing students and to determine the affecting factors. To determine the relationship between moral courage and influencing factors in intern nursing students. It is a qualitative type study to determine the level of moral courage. The population of the research will be 4th year nursing students at universities in the Black Sea region. According to the known sample calculation, 397 people should be included in the population with a 99% confidence level. 408 people participated in the study. Shapiro-Wilk, KolmogorovSmirnov, Mann Whitney U and Kruskal Wallis Test were used in the research. In the study, the statistical significance level of the variables was accepted as p<0.05. While 27.9% of the participants are male, 72.1% are female. While 82.1% of the last high schools graduated were other high schools, 17.9% were Health Vocational High Schools, the average age was 22.16, and the academic average was 78.82. The average value of the participants' Moral Courage Scale in Nurses score was 76.31. It was found that those working in intensive care and psychiatric clinics had higher HACÖ scores than those working in the emergency department. When the HACÖ scores of the participants are examined by gender, it is seen that women have more scores than men. It was determined that there was a significant positive relationship between the individual moral courage score and the HACÖ score and other subscales. Moral courage was found to be high in intern nursing students.
