Özet
“Murathan Mungan'ın Hikâyelerinin Kültür Yapılarının Değerlendirilmesi ve Greimas Göstergebilim Metoduna Göre Yapısal özelliklerinin İncelenmesi”adlı bu çalışma on yedi hikâyeden oluşan beş hikâye kitabı üzerine uygulandı. Hikâye kitapları kronolojik sırasıyla şunlardır. 1- Son istanbul, 1985 2- Cenk Hikâyeleri, 1986 3- Kırk Oda, 1987 4- Lâl Masallar, 1988 5- Kaf Dağının Önü, 1994 Eserin giriş bölümünda asıl çalışmaya hazırlık amacıyla göstergebilim vg A J. Groimas Göstergebilimi hakkında genel bilgilere yer verildi. Hikâyelerin kültür yapılarını yorumlamada kolaylık sağlaması amacıyla postmodernizm ve sanat-edebiyat alanlarındaki uygulamaları hakkında ön bilgi seviyesinde iki başlık oluşturuldu. I. Bölümde Murathan Mungan'ın hayatı, edebî kişiliği ve eserleri hakkında bilgi verildi. II. Bölümde ise: 1- İncelemeye alınan her hikâyede geçen kültür unsurları doğrultusunda hikâyelerde işlenen kültür yapılarının değerlendirilmesi amacıyla, 2- Greimas göstergebilim metoduna göre, hikâyelerin yapısal özelliklerinin ortaya konulması şeklinde geliştirildi. Her hikâyenin ugulanan metodla yapısal özellikleri ortaya konulurken, işlenen olay örgüleri ve kültür unsurları çerçevesinde, kültürel yapısı değerlendirildi. Hikâyelerde işlenen olaylar; olayların geçtiği yer zaman, şahıs durumuna göre, metinlerin içinde geçen kültür unsurları, tablolar üzerinde topluca gösterildi. Ayrıca A.J. Greimas'ın tespit ettiği 20 işlevin hangi hikâyelerde ne oranda var olduğu ve hikâyelerde tespit edilen ortak yapısal özellikler çalışmanın sonuna eklenen iki tablo üzerinde verildi.

“An evaluation of the cultural structure of Murathan Mungan's short stories and a study of their structural features according to Greimas Semiotics”was applied to 5 story books consisting of 17 stories. The story books are chronologically as follows. I.Son Istanbul, 1985. 2.Cenk Hikâyeleri, 1986 3. Kırk Oda, 1987 4. Lal Masallar, 1988 5.Kaf Dağının Önü, 1984 In the introduction of the study, general information about semiotics and A.J. Greimas Semiotics took part by the purpose of preparation for main study. Two titler were formed at the level of primer information about applications in the field of post modernism and art literatüre by the aim of simplification for the evaluation of cultura structures in the field of post modernism and art literature by the aim of simplification for the evaluation of cultural structures in the stories. The information about Murathan Mungan's life, literary personality and his works took part in the firs chapter. As to second chapter (1): By the purpose of the evaluation of cultural structures in the stories in the direction of cultural elements maintaineal in all stories undur study, (2) Accordign to Greimas's Semiotics it was improved as introduction of structural features of the stories. In the involuement of the method of all stories applied, as its structural features were maintained, cultural structure was evaluated in the plot and cultural elements The events in the stories, the place in which those happened, time, cultural elements in the text were shown in whole according to person, in addition, in what stories 20 process which A.J. Greimas determined were present in what extend an common structural features determined in the stories were presented in two table added to the end of the study.
