Özet

ÖZET Bir grup ergende, ruhsal sağlık,sosyal destek ilişkisini incelemeye ilişkin olan bu çalışma,1995-1996 öğretim yılı içinde, Çimentaş Lisesi 1.,2., 3. sınıf öğrencileri ile yapılmış.Bu çalışma ile ruhsal sağlık ve sosyal destek arasındaki ilişkinin yanısıra.çeşitli değişkenlerle (yaş, cinsiyet, anne.baba mesleği,anne,baba eğitimi, doğum sırası, başarı durumu vs )arasındaki ilişkilerin araştırılması amaçlanmıştır. Çalışmamızda.ruhsal belirtileri saptamak amacıyla SCL-90-R (Symptom Check List 90 Revesied), algılanan arkadaş desteğini ölçmek amacıyla (Perceived Support From Friends Scale, PSS Fr ),algılanan aile desteğini ölçmek amacıyla(Perceived Support From Family Scale, PSS Fa )kullanılmıştır. Ayrıca.ailenin sosyal ekonomik durumunu, anne-baba-ergen ilişkilerini ve ergene ilişkin diğer bilgilere yönelik olarak seçilmiş bilgi formu kullanılmıştır. Ruhsal sağlığın, algılanan arkadaş ve aile desteğinden etkilendiği, algılanan destek düzeyinin azalmasına bağlı olarak,ruhsal belirtilerin arttığı belirlenmiştir. Ruhsal belirti düzeylerinin tümünde(GSI,PST,PSDI),baba mesleği, cinsiyet, ekonomik düzey.babanın sağ olup olmaması, anne-babanın anlaşıp anlaşmaması değişkenleri anlamlı ilişkiler vermiştir. Tüm ruhsal belirti alt ölçek alanları ile baba mesleği ve cinsiyet değişkenleri arasında anlamlı ilişkiler bulunmuştur. Algılanan arkadaş.aile ve totaj destek düzeylerinin tümü ele alındığında.yaş.ekonomik düzey.aylık ortalama gelir düzeyi ve başarı durumu değişkenleri ile anlamlı ilişki bulunmuştur. Ergen deneklerde, ruhsal belirtiler incelendiğinde.kişisel duyarlı k.obsesif- kompulsif, paranoid düşünceler, depresyon, hostilite alanlarındaki belirtilerde yoğunluk olduğu belirlenmiştir. Algılanan aile ve arkadaş desteğine ilişkin olarak, deneklerin büyük ölçüde sevgi ve güvene dayalı iletişime sahip oldukları belirlenmiştir. VI

ABSTRACT This research which is studied relationship between psychological health and social support among agroup at adolescent,is carried out with the students at Çimentaş high school 1.2.3. classes in 1995-1996 education period. The purpose of the study was to investigate the correlation of psychological health and social support to some variables( age,sexüality,parent's job etc.)besides each other correlation. At this study.for psychological Symptom Check- List-90-Revesied,(SCL-90-R),Perceived Support From Friends Scale,(PSS-Fr), Perceived Support From Family Scale.(PSS-Fa),are used.Furthermore.data form which is including socia-economic level of the family.parents-adolescent relations, other informations related with adolescent is used. It is obtained that psychological health is affected by perception of friends and family support, if this perception is less, psychological symptoms will be more. It's found that all of GSI.PST and PSDI poinds are related with father's job,sexüality,economic level parents' relations, the state of father's life-alive or not. It is obtained that all of psychological symptom scales are related with variables which are father's job.sextiality. It is obtained that the perceived friend, family and total supports are related with age.economic level.solary level and success level, It is obtained that.when psychological symptoms at adolescents areexaminedparanoia,depression,hostility,obsessive,compulsive, interpersonel sensivity scale levels will be high. The relation of perceived friend and family support has completely love and trust. VII
