Özet
ÖZET Bu araştırmanın genel amacı; özel eğitim kurumlarında görev yapan öğretmenlerin M.E.B. tarafından hazırlanan hizmet içi eğitim programlarının etkililiğine ilişkin görüş lerini ve bu görüşler arasında çeşitli değişkenler açısından (çalıştığı kurum, cinsiyet, kıdem, eğitim düzeyi, daha önce hizmet içi eğitim programına katılıp katılmama duru mu, katıldıysa kaç kez katıldığı) anlamlı bir fark bulunup bulunmadığını belirlemektir. Araştırmanın evrenini, M.E.B. bağlı okullarda kaynaştırma eğitimi yapan öğret menlerle, özel eğitim kurumlarında çalışan uzman ve öğretmenler örneklemini ise, 1997-1998 yılında M.E.B. 'na bağlı okullarda çalışan öğretmen RA.M.'de çalışan uz manlar için M.E.B. Özel Eğitim Dairesi Başkanlığının hazırlamış olduğu“Engellilerin Kaynaştırma Yoluyla Eğitimi”adlı programa katılan 105 uzman ve öğretmen oluştur maktadır. Araştırmada tarama modeli kullanılmıştır. Veriler anket ile toplanmıştır. Anketin birinci bölümü kişisel bilgilere yönelik 6 sorudan, ikinci bölümü ise hizmet içi eğitime yönelik 47 sorudan oluşmuştur. Ankette yer alan 47. soru deneklerin program hakkında ki diğer düşüncelerini belirtmeleri için açık uçlu olarak hazırlanmıştır. Verilerin anali zinde frekans, yüzde, aritmetik ortalama, t-testi Schefe testi ve varyans analizi teknikle ri kullanılmıştır. Araştırma bulgularına ve sonuçlarına göre denekler program hakkında genelde“i- yi”yönünde görüş bildirmişlerdir. Sımf öğretmenliği bölümü mezunları, ilköğretim ku rumlarında çalışan, 16-21 ve 21 ve yukarı kıdeme sahip öğretmenler program hakkın da, farklı bölümlerden mezun ve 16 yıldan az kıdeme sahip öğretmenlere göre daha olumlu görüş bildirmişlerdir.

ABSTRACT The general aim of this search is to determine the opinions of the teachers who have been charged in the Private Schools of Education, concerning with the effective ness of the educational programme already service, which was prepared by the Ministry of National Education and Whether there has been a meaningful difference between these opinions from the point of view of miscellaneous variables (imploying school, sex, rank, level of education, if participated in an educational programme under service before, if yes, how many times). Along with the teachers who instructa joining together education in the schools bounded to the Ministry of National Education which constitutes the besis of this search and that the illustration of experts and teachers working in the Private Educational Schools by 105 experts and teachers participating in the programme called“Training of handicapeed through joining together”prepared by the Ministry of National Education the Presidency of Private Educational Department for the experts working at R.A.M. the teachers working at schools bounded to the Ministry of National Education in 1997- 1998 school year. Combing method has been used in the search. The data was accumulated with a poll. The first part of the poll consists of 6 questions directed to the personal informa tion and the second part of 47 questions directed to the education under the service. The 47 questions in the poll have been prepared as open ended so that those who are tested to state their other considerations about the programme. In the analysis of the data, the technics ofrequency, percentage, arithmetical average, t test, schefe test and the variant analysis have been used. According to the findings of the search and their results those who are tested, gen erally stated their point of view to be as good. Those teachers who have a length of service between 16-21 years and also those who have 21 years and up, working in the Primary Education Schools graduated from the section of class teachers stated morepa- sitive apinion about the programme when compared with those teachers who have a length of service less than 16 years graduated from the different sections.
