Özet
Bu çalışma, ortaokul 6.sınıf öğrencilerinin kesirler konusunda, ölçme değerlendirme yaparken, klasik çoktan seçmeli testlerle hazırlanan matematik sorularının, Roblox soru temasına uygun olarak yapılandırılmasıyla hazırlanan çoktan seçmeli testlerin, öğrenci performansına etkisini araştırmak amacıyla yapılmıştır. Araştırmada kontrol ve deney grubu, ön test- son testli deneysel bir çalışma kullanılmıştır. Araştırma, 2022-2023 eğitim öğretim yılının bahar döneminde, İstanbul'da özel bir ortaokulda, 23 kontrol, 23 deney olmak üzere 46 öğrencinin katılımı ile yapılmıştır. Kontrol grubu dört hafta boyunca, kesirler kazanımlarına uygun hazırlanmış olan klasik çoktan seçmeli testleri, deney grubu ise, klasik çoktan seçmeli testlerin madde kökleri değiştirilmeden, Roblox oyun platformundaki, tema, oyun, yer bilgileriyle yapılandırılarak hazırlanmış Roblox temalı çoktan seçmeli testleri çözmüşlerdir. Araştırmada, deney ve kontrol gruplarına,“Matematik Başarı Testi”ön test-son test olarak uygulanmıştır. Araştırmada elde edilen nicel veriler, SPSS programı ile analiz edilmiştir. Araştırma bulgularına göre deney grubu ile kontrol grubu arasında, istatistiksel olarak anlamlı bir farklılık ortaya çıkmamıştır.

This research was conducted to investigate the effect of multiple-choice tests prepared by structuring the mathematics questions prepared with classical multiple-choice tests in accordance with the Roblox question theme on the performance of 6th grade secondary school students on fractions. An experimental study with control and experimental groups, pre-test and post-test was used in the research. The research was conducted in a private secondary school in Istanbul in the spring term of the 2022-2023 academic year with the participation of 46 students (23 control and 23 experimental). The control group solved the classical multiple-choice tests prepared in accordance with the objectives of fractions for four weeks, and the experimental group solved the Roblox-themed multiple-choice tests prepared by structuring the Roblox game platform with theme, game, and location information without changing the item roots of the classical multiple-choice tests. In the study,“Mathematics Achievement Test”was applied to the experimental and control groups as pre-test and post-test. The quantitative data obtained in the study were analysed with SPSS software. According to the research findings, there was no statistically significant difference between the experimental group and the control group .
