Özet
İnsanoğlu her zaman kendisi için önemli gördüğü yerleri, nesneleri ve kişileri güvenlik altına alma ihtiyacı içerisinde olmuştur. Bunun için çok çeşitli yöntemler kullanılmıştır. İşte bu yöntemlerden günümüzde kullanılan ve en etkili sonucu veren yöntem kapalı devre TV (CCTV) sistemleridir. Ayrıca günümüzde hemen hemen her sektörde bilgisayar kontrollü sistemler gelişmektedir. Bu çalışmada bu iki sistem bir arada düşünülerek bilgisayar kontrollü kapalı devre TV sistemi tasarlanmıştır. Bu tasarımın hem teorisi hazırlanmış ve aynı zamanda uygulama devreside gerçekleştirilmiştir. Bu çalışmada birinci bölümde CCTV sistemleri hakkında genel bir bilgi verilmiştir. İkinci bölümde CCTV elemanları tanıtılmıştır. Üçüncü bölümde bazı CCTV kurulum kombinasyonları incelenmiştir. Dördüncü bölümde ise bilgisayar kontrol devresi anlatılmıştır. Bu çalışmanın PC kontrollü CCTV sistemlerinin gelişmesinde önemli bir referans teşkil edeceği inancındayım.

Mankind always feel the need to observe strategical places, valueable objects and important person to gather security. For this purpose various techniques are used. One of them is CCTV systems which is the most efficient and commonly used are among them. Computer controlled eguipment are used everywhere and so for CCTV systems. In this study, a computer controlled CCTV system is designed and realized. The design is based up on theoritical background and the application is realized with unique electronic circuit. In the first chapter of this study, general information about basic CCTV systems is presented. In the second chapter, CCTV systems components are introduced and brietly descripted. In the third chapter, various CCTV configurations are observed. At the last chapter, the systems control circuit which operates with a PC equipped with a software which is written by the author himself is briefly described. I have the opinion that this study will be an important reference for who wants to design computer controlled CCTV systems.
