Özet
68 ÖZET Bu çalışmada beden eğitimi derslerinin yürütülmesinin eğitim açısından gereği ve önemi araştırılarak, Türk Milli Eğitim Mevzuatının beden eğitimi ve spor dersine verdiği önem belirlenmiştir. Beden eğitimi ve sporun çocuk gelişimi üzerine etkileri araştırılmış, beden eğilimi ve spor derslerinde tesisler ve araç-gereçlerin önemi incelenmiştir. Niğde ilindeki saha, tesis ve araç-gerecin mevcut durumunun tespiti için okul idarecisi ve beden eğitimi öğretmenlerine bilgi formu uygulanmıştır. Ortaya çıkan sonuca göre Niğde ili beden eğitimi öğretmenleri, okul idarecileri, okul aile birlikleri ve mahalli idarelerin yaklaşımlarının, saha, tesis ve araç-gereçlerin yetersizliğini gidermede yeterli ölçüde duyarlı olmadıkları tespit edilmiştir. Öğrenci velilerinin ise beden eğitimi dersinin gerekliliğine inandığı tespit edilmiştir. Buna göre sonuç ve teklifler oluşturulmuştur.

69 SUMMARY In this study, the importance of physical education and sports courses according to the Turkish National an the necessity and importance of giring physical education and sports courses in terms of education. The effect of physical education and sports on childrens growth is researched and the importance of sports complex and equipments in physical education and sports courses is investigated. In order to find out the current state of the play ground, sports complex and equipments within Niğde City, a survey is carried out among school governers and physical education teachers. According to the research results, in Niğde City, physical education teachers, school governers and local governers are not found sensitive enough to solve the problem of insufficient play ground, sports complex and equipments. The patents of students are found to belive the importance of the physical education courses. The conclusion and recommendations are given based on the results found.
