Özet
1994-1995 yıllarında Niğde yöresinde yenen, zehirli ve yenmez özellikteki makromantarlar üzerinde yapılan arazi çalışmaları ile elde edilen türlerin kendi habitatlarında fotoğrafları çekilerek, morfolojik ve ekolojik özellikeri arazi bilgi formuna kaydedilmiştir. Ayrıca yöre halkının numuneler hakkındaki bilgileri tespit edilmiştir. Numuneler laboratuvara getirildikten sonra, uygun numunelerin spor tozları alınmış ve sporların mikroskopta fotoğrafları çekilmiştir. Arazi ve laboratuvar çalışmaları sonucunda 18 familyaya dağılan 42 makromantar türü tespit edilmiştir. Literatüre göre bu türlerden % 61,9'u yenen, % 28,6'sı yenmez ve % 9,5'i de zehirli olarak tespit edilmiştir. Yenen Türler : Sarcosphaera coronaria, Morchella conica, Morchella esculenta, Tuber brumela, Terfezia leonis, Lycoperdon lividium, Suiilus granulatus, Clitocybe geotropa, Lepista saeva, Lepista nuda, Agaricus bitorquis, Agaricus campestris, Agaricus silvicola, Agaricus vapararius, Agaricus bresadolianus, Pholiota aurivella, Pholiota subsquarrosa, Agrocybe aegerita, Agrocybe praecox, Coprinus comatus, Coprinus atramentarius, Coprinus micaceus, Pleurotus ostreatus, Pleurotus cornucopiae, Polyporus squamosus, Laetiporus sulphureus.IV Yenmeyen Türler : Helvetia leucomelaena, Marasmius hudsonii, Pholiota destruens, Panaeolus papilionaceus, Coprinus auricomus, Polyporus frondosus, Fomes fomentarius, Ganoderma carnosum, Phellinus igniarius, Inonotus hispidus, Inonotus dıyadeus, Leucoagaricus pudicus. Zehirli Türler: Sarcosphaera crassa, Paxillus involutes, Agaricus placomyces, Entoloma sinuatum. Bulunan türlerin tamamı araştırma bölgesi için yeni kayıttır. Floristik kayıtlara göre bu türlerin 15'i yani % 35,7'si ülkemiz için yeni kayıttır. Bunlar; Sarcosphaera coronaria, Lycoperdon lividium, Marasmius husdsonii, Entoloma sinuatum, Agaricus silvicola, Agaricus vaporarius, Agaricus placomyces, Leucoagaricus pudicus, Pholiota destruens, Pholiota subsquarrosa, Agrocybe praecox, Panaeolus papilionaceus, Coprinus auricomus, Ganoderma carnosum, Inonotus dryadeus'dur. Teşhis edilen türlerin deskripsiyonları, hazırlandı, yenip yenmedikleri, yayılışları, taksonomik, ekolojik ve morfolojik özellikleri tespit edildi. Numuneler Selçuk Üniversitesi Mantarcılık Uygulama ve Araştırma Merkezinde saklanmaktadır.

The macrofungi bearing the specialities of poisonous, edible and of inedible found in the province of Niğde during my research between 1994 and 1995 were photographed and analysed both morphologically and ecologically. I have taken the picture of the habitats where the macrofungi live. Furthermore, I have found some information from the local residents as to whether they have recognized the samples I have found during my research, after bringing the species to the research laboratory, I have taken the spores out of the suitable species and taken the picture of these spores. At the end of the field and laboratory research I have found 42 macrofungi in 18 different families. According to the research based on the secondary literature, 61.9 % of these 42 macrofungi have been astablished as edible, 28.6 % of them inedible and 9.5 % of them poisonous. Edible Species : Sarcosphaera coronaha, MorcheJIa conica, Morchella escuJenta, Tuber brumela, Terfezia leonis, Lycoperdon lividium, Suillus granulatus, Clitocybe geotropa, Lepista saeva, Lepista nuda, Agaricus bitorquis, Agaricus campestris, Agaricus siNicola, Agaricus vaporarius, Agaricus bresadolianus, Pholiota aurivella, Pholiota subsquarrosa, Agrocybe aegerita, Agrocybe praecox, Coprinus comatus, Coprinus atramentarius, CoprinusVI micaceus, Pleurotus ostreatus, Pleurotus cornucopiae, Polyporus squamosus, Laetiporus sulphureus. Non-edibfe Species : Helvetia leucomelaena, Marasmius hudsonii, Pholiota destruens, Panaeolus papilionaceus, Coprinus auricomus, Polyporus frondosus, Fomes fomentarius, Canoderma carnosum, Phellinus igniarius, Inonotus hispidus, Inonotus dryadeus, Leucoagaricus pudicus. Poisonous species : Sarcosphaera crassa, Paxillus involutes, Agaricus placomyces, Entoloma sinuatum. All the species found in my research field are the newly found species for the Niğde region. According to the floristic records, 15 of them, in other words, 35,7 % of these species are new for Turkey and they are as follows : Sarcosphaera coronaria, Lycoperdon lividium, Marasmius husdsonii, Entoloma sinuatum, Agaricus silvicola, Agaricus vapararius, Agaricus placomyces, Leucoagaricus pudicus, Pholiota destruens, Pholiota subsquarrosa, Agrocybe praecox, Panaeolus papilionaceus, Coprinus auricomus, Ganoderma carnosum, Inonotus dryadeus In my dissertation I have prepared the descriptions of the found species and discussed them acologically and morphologically. The samplesare kept in the applied macrofungi and research centre at the University of Selçuk, Konya.
