Özet
Bu çalışmada, Ganoderma lucidum Soxhlet ve sonikasyon teknikleri ile ekstrakte edildi. Ayrıca ilgili sabunlar hazırlandı ve renk, koku, köpürme gibi çeşitli testlere tabi tutuldular ve UV-Vis, FTIR, GC-MS ve PL spektroskopik yöntemler aracılığıyla analizler gerçekleştirildi. Hem ekstraktlar hem de ekstrakten üretilmiş sabunlar için antioksidan ve antibakteriyel özellikler incelendi. FTIR spektroskopik çalışması, ganoderma örneklerinin kimyasal yapı tutarlılığını doğruladı, burada yapılan GC-MS analizlerinde ise squalene ve etil linoleat molekülleri belirgin bileşiklerdi. Özellikle, bu ekstraktlar hem Soxhlet hem de sonikasyon teknikleri yoluyla elde edilen gaonderma ekstresi için sırasıyla %92,01 ± 1,04 ve %93,32 ± 1,05 antioksidan aktivite yüzdelerine sahipti. Bununla birlikte, sabunlar için, muhtemelen azalmış ganoderma konsantrasyonu ve diğer sabun bileşenleri nedeniyle antioksidan potansiyel azalmıştır. Ganoderma içeren sabunun antimikrobiyal aktivitesi, özellikle Staphylococcus aureus'a karşı doğrulandı, bu da ganoderma içeren sabunun ganoderma içermeyen sabuna göre daha etkili olduğunu gösterdi. Bu ekstraktların ve sabunun fotolüminesans özelliklerinin önemli derecede olduğu bulunmuştur. Ayrıca, gözlemlenen fotolüminesans, sabun entegrasyonu üzerine kayda değer değişikliklerle Kasha'nın kuralı ile uyumluydu. Bu bulgular Ganoderma lucidum'un doğu tıbbındaki tedavi değerini ve organik sabunlardaki modern kullanımını doğrulamıştır.

In this study, Ganoderma lucidum was extracted with Soxhlet and sonication techniques. Also, respective soaps were prepared and subjected to various tests like color, odor, and foaming, and analyses were performed via UV-Vis, FTIR, GC-MS, and PL spectroscopic methods. Antioxidant and antibacterial properties for both extracts and extract-made soaps were examined. FTIR spectroscopical study confirmed the chemical structure consistency of the ganoderma samples, where squalene and ethyl linoleate, were the prominent compounds in the GC-MS analyses. Notably, these extracts had antioxidant activity percentages of 92.01 ±1.04% and 93.32 ±1.05%, respectively for both gaonderma extract via Soxhlet and sonicator techniques. However, for the soaps, the antioxidant potential diminished, presumably due to reduced ganoderma concentration and other soap constituents. The antimicrobial activity of the ganoderma-infused soap was confirmed, particularly against Staphylococcus aureus, showing the soap with ganoderma to be more efficacious versus the soap without the extract. The photoluminescent properties of these extracts and the soap were significant. Furthermore, the observed photoluminescence agreed with Kasha's rule, with notable changes upon soap integration. These findings in regard to Ganoderma lucidum's value in Eastern medicine for treatment and its modern use in organic soaps have been confirmed.
