Özet
m ÖZET Bu çalışmada aşağıda verilen sentez doğrultusunda C16 halkalı ketonların sentezi araştırılmıştır: Polimer Metanolde ve düşük sıcaklıklarda çalışılarak, a-klorosiklododekanon doğrudan klorlama ile yüksek verimde sentezlenmiştir. Ara ürün olarak kullanılması düşünülen, a-etinilsiklododekanon sentezi için üç farklı yöntem uygulanmıştır. Ancak bu bileşiğin sentezi gerçekleştirilememiştir. Diğer taraftan 1,2- dietinilsiklododekanolün sentezi, etinilsiklododesenoksite etinil gurubunun katılması ile iyi bir verimle gerçekleştirilmiştir. 1,2-dietinilsiklododekanol, 350 °C de gaz fazında amaçlanan Cı6 halkalı ketona dönüşmekte ise de ürünün kararsızlığı nedeni ile yalıtılması ve yapısal analizi gerçekleştirilememiştir.

IV ABSTRACT In this work, the synthesis of the Ci6-ketones following the sequences given below was studied: Polymer It has been shown that the synthesis of a-chlorocyclododecanone is best achieved via direct chlorination of the cyclododecanone. When the reaction conducted at low temperature and in methanol solution high yield are obtained. All attempts to synthesize the possible intermediate a-ethynylcyclododecanone of the reaction was failed although three independent routes are examined. However, the target 1,2- diethynylcyclododecanol was succesfully synthesized via further ethynylation of ethynyl cyclododeceneoxide. Thermal rearrangement of this molecule in gas phase at 350 °C results in formation of the desired Ci6-ketone. Unfortunately, due to its high instability, the isolation of the product was not possible.
