Özet
VJ/Lıîi* JL Açık Ev felsefesi üzerine geliştirilen endüstrileşmiş sistemlerin Türkiye koşullarında geçerliliği konusunda, geleneksel sistemle yapılacağı varsayılan bir konut projesinin böyle bir sistem seçimi ile yeniden tasarlanması durumunda nasıl bir gelişme ve değişim göstereceği konusuna yönelik tez çalışması 6 bölümden oluşmaktadır. 1. Bölümde problem ortaya konmuş, bu konunun seçiliş nedenlerine yer verilmiş ve araştırmanın hangi doğrultuda başlayıp devam edeceği açıklanmıştır. 2. Bölümde endüstrileşme kavramından ve endüstrileşmenin gerekliliğinden bahsedilmiştir ve teknolojik gelişmeler ile bunların yapım endüstrisine etkileri paralelindeki endüstrileşme süreci irdelenmiştir. 3.Bölümde konut kavramından, konut ile ilgili sorunlardan bahsedilmiş ve bu konudaki boşluklara değinilmiştir. Konut açığına ilişkin hesaplar ve veliler yardımıyla sonuca gidilmiştir. Ayrıca, Türkiye'de endüstrileşme düzeyinin tarihsel süreç içerisinde değişimine bakılmış ve bu sistemlerin kullanımım hazırlayan sebepler ile birlikte Türkiye'de endüstrileşmiş bina yapımının durumuna değinilmiştir. 4. Bölümde ise 'Açık Ev' kavramı ve bu konu üzerindeki çalışmalar incelenmektedir. Bu çalışmalar, sırası ile ele alınmış, önce 'Sar' planlama-tasarlama ilkelerinin temel ilkeleri ile amacı ve ulaşılan sonuçlar, sonrasında ise 'Açık Ev' kavramı temel prensipleri ile tasarım ve üretim düzeyleri ortaya konarak, bir örnek üzerinde bu düzeyler daha ayrıntılı olarak ele alınmaktadır. 5. Bölümde ise Ataköy 6. Kısım'da geleneksel sistem (iskelet sistem) ile gerçeMeştirdiğimiz tasarımın, NEN 6000 boyutsal koordinasyon kuralları ile yeniden tasarımı sonucu geçirdiği değişim incelenmekte bu konu ile ilgili olarak önce, geleneksel sistemle gerçekleştirilen toplu konut projesi hakkında vaziyet planı ölçeğinde genel bir tamum yapılmaktadır. Ardından örnek olarak seçilen blokta yer alan konut tipleri, NEN 6000 boyutsal koordinasyon ilkeleri uygulaması öncesi ve sonrası, karşılaştırmalı olarak analiz edilmektedir. Son olarak da bu projede çeşitliliğin ne ölçüde gerçekleşebildiği incelenmiş, alternatif planlar analiz edilmiştir. Tezin amacının ne ölçüde gerçekleştiğine ilişkin varılan sonuçlar ise, 6. bölümde yer almaktadır.

EXAMINATION OF OPEN BUILDING APPLICATION POSSIBILITIES LN TURKEY SUMMARY Thesis on the subject; if the industrialised systems developed on open house philosophy are valid in Turkey or not and what kind of development would a dwelling designed by traditional system perform if it was redesigned with this system; is constituted of five sections. 1. Section contains the definition of the problem, explains why this subject is chosen and contains brief definition of the searching path. 2. Section gives definition of ' industrialisation and why we need it and deals with the industrialisation era by means of technological developments affects on construction industry. Reasons of industrialisation can be defined such;.“Need”reaches a great mass,. Development of technology,. Constructive changing of society according to people's migrations as large masses from country to big cities or occurrence of conditions which affect the society's structure and regularity as wars, big fires etc.. Need for new dwellings,. Increasing population,. Advancement of life standards, » Present houses become older etc., this reasons produce the need to consideration of building problem seriously and massive product. Since the need must be answered quickly;. industrialisation in the field of production is made faster,. industrialisation in production of massive-housing spread with a great acceleration,. new construction methods and models of organisation are applied,. Criteria as speed, quality, saving sources became essentialand production period is reconsidered according to these criteria s. 'This development produced companies' tend to open systems, so;. Variation of product should be supplied,. User's needs should be answered,. A sector of wider range could be present. « Since the standardised element which called 'open industrialisation system" is essential, architects behave more freely and this rises the variation in design and solutions. vni
