Özet
Son yıllarda pandemi süreci ve sonrasında uzaktan terapi yöntemleri sık kullanılmakta ve geniş kitleye ulaşması ile fizyoterapistler için hastaya ulaşmada önemli köprü görevi görmektedir. Genel adı ile dijital sağlık teknolojileri özellikle toplumumuzda hastane ortamlarında ve birincil sağlık bakım evrelerinde giderek artan standart bakıma entegre metot haline gelmiştir. Bu araştırmanın amacı, Türkiye'deki fizyoterapistlerin muskuloskeletal fizyoterapide dijital sağlık teknolojilerini kullanmakta istek ve bilgi düzeylerini ölçmek ve kullanım sıklığını araştırmaktır. Çalışmaya Türkiye'de muskuloskeletal fizyoterapi alanında çalışmakta olan 374 fizyoterapist dahil edildi. Araştırma kapsamında kişisel bilgi formu ile birlikte araştırmaya katılan gönüllüler ile ilişkili internet kullanım sıklığı ve çevrimiçi davranışları da araştırılmıştır. Kişisel bilgi formunda cinsiyet, yaş, eğitim durumu gibi sosyo-demografik değişkenler de dahil 12 soru yöneltilmiştir. Araştırmanın ikinci bölümünde ise fizyoterapistlerin dijital sağlık teknolojilerini kullanma isteğini ölçecek olan tutum maddeleri için 25 soru yer almaktadır. Veri sonuçlarımıza göre; dijital sağlık teknolojilerinin muskuloskeletal fizyoterapi alanında kullanım tutumu düzeylerinin (4,07±0.70) seviyesinde bulunduğu ve genelde yüksek olduğu görülmüştür. Türkiye'de muskuloskeletal fizyoterapi alanında çalışan fizyoterapistlerin en çok eğitim içeriği edinmek için (4,38±0,87), klinik kapasite ve performanslarını değerlendirmek için (4,36±0,87) ve klinik performans hakkında geri bildirim almak için (4,30±0,87) dijital sağlık teknolojilerine ulaştıkları belirtilmiştir. Sonuç olarak, çalışmamız fizyoterapistlerin muskuloskeletal fizyoterapi çalışmalarını desteklemek için dijital sağlık teknolojilerini sıkça kullandıklarını göstermektedir. Elde edilen veriler fizyoterapistlerin dijital sağlık teknolojilerin belirli işlevleri ile ilgilenmeye istekli olduğunu göstermektedir.

In recent years, distance therapy methods have been used frequently during and after the pandemic process, and it serves as an important bridge for physiotherapists to reach the patient with its reach to a wide audience. With its general name, Digital Health Technologies has become an increasingly standardized care integrated method, especially in our society, in hospital settings and primary health care stages. The aim of this research is to measure the willingness and knowledge levels of physiotherapists in Turkey to use digital health technologies in musculoskeletal physiotherapy and to investigate the frequency of use. 374 physiotherapists working in the field of musculoskeletal physiotherapy in Turkey were included in the study. Within the scope of the research, the frequency of internet use and online behaviors of the volunteers participating in the research were also investigated, along with the personal information form. In the personal information form, 12 questions were asked, including socio-demographic variables such as gender, age, and educational status. In the second part of the research, there are 25 questions for attitude items that will measure the willingness of physiotherapists to use digital health technologies. According to our data results; It has been observed that the level of usage attitude of digital health technologies in the field of musculoskeletal physiotherapy is at the level of (4.07±0.70) and is generally high. To obtain the most training content of physiotherapists working in the field of musculoskeletal physiotherapy in Turkey (4.38±0.87), to evaluate their clinical capacity and performance (4.36±0.87) and to receive feedback on clinical performance (4, 30±0.87) were reported to have access to digital health technologies. In conclusion, our study shows that physiotherapists frequently use digital health technologies to support musculoskeletal physiotherapy studies. The data obtained show that physiotherapists are willing to deal with certain functions of digital health technologies.
