The aim of this study is to analyze relation with agility ability by comparing the two different repeated sprint tests according to age and gender of children. In accordance with this aim, 75 female and 71 male students (146 in total) (age:11-14, height: 148-169, body weight: 38-52) participate in this study voluntarily. In the study, to specify repeat sprint performance of the participants, Repeated and Intermittent Sprint Performance Test (CRISP) and muscle strength sprint test (MSPT); to specify agility talent, Ladder Agility Test have been applied. Normality Test has been applied to analyze the data. For comparisons between non-normally distributed quantitative data and age groups Kruskal-Wallis H Test, and for post-hoc analyses Conover Test has been applied. Also, in comparisons of data according to genders, for non normally distributed data Mann-Whitney U Test, and for normally distributed data Unpaired Two Sample T Test has been applied. Pearson Correlation parameter has been calculated in order to examine relations between variables. When the variables are non-normal, Spearman Brown Rank Differences Correlation Coefficient has been carried out. In all analysis, p<.05 value is accepted as statically significant. According to analysis results, while, in terms of age groups, there is no significant difference between running values of children in MPST Test and running and pulse values in CRISP Test (p>0.05); in terms of gender, when CRISP and MPST Tests are compared; on behalf of male students, it is comprehended that there is significant difference(p<0.05). It is found that there is a statistically significant difference between all power parameters and age groups, except for fatigue index power and time (p>0.05) in the CRISP test (p<0.001); on the other hand, except for the fatigue index time in the MPST test (p>0.05), there is a statistically significant difference between all power parameters and age groups (p<0.001). It has been understood that there is a statistically significant difference between the genders in favor of male students (p<0.05) in all other power parameters except running 1, running 2 and maximum power values in the CRISP test and running 1 and fatigue index strength and time in the MPST test (p>0.05). It is found that there is a significant difference between the agility test results according to both age and gender of the participants. While there is a negative and statistically moderate relation between CRISP and MPST power values and agility ability; It is found that there is no statistically significant relation between running duration and agility talent. As a result, it may be asserted that the results of repeated sprint and agility tests applied in children may vary according to both age and gender, and both repeated sprint tests and ladder agility test can be used in children in terms of identifying the differences in performance characteristics in children.
