Özet
Bariatrik cerrahi, obez bireylerde ağırlık kaybı ile beraber antropometrik ve biyokimyasal parametreler üzerinde umut verici etkiler göstermektedir. Bu çalışma, bariatrik cerrahi sonrası postoperatif ağırlık kaybının biyokimyasal parametrelerdeki değişime etkisi ve bu etkinin operasyon yöntemi ile ilişkisini değerlendirilmek amacıyla yapılmıştır. Araştırma 2017-2020 yılları arasında Liv Hospital Ankara hastanesinde obezite tanısı almış, toplam 40 sleeve gastrektomi ve mini gastrik bypass operasyonu geçiren birey üzerinde retrospektif çalışma olarak yürütülmüştür. Araştırmaya dahil edilen bireylerin, preoperatif dönem 1.ay ve postoperatif dönem 1.3. 6. 12. ay biyokimyasal parametreleri ve antropometrik ölçümleri değerlendirilmeye alınmıştır. Biyokimyasal bulgular için hastanenin kayıtlı rutin verilerinden yararlanılmıştır. Bireylerin sosyo demografik özellikleri, beslenme alışkanlıkları, 24 saatlik besin tüketim durumları belirlenmiştir. İstatistatistiksel analizde, bağımsız gruplar t testi ve tkrarlı ANOVA testleri kullanılmış olup p<0,05 anlamlı kabul edilmiştir. Hastaların açlık kan şekeri, HbA1C, Total kolesterol, HDL, LDL, trigliserit, B12 vitamini, K, Na, Ca, Fe, ferritin, folik asit, Mg, albumin, total protein sonuçları değerlendirilmiştir. Tüm antropometrik ölçümlerde farklı zamanlarda ölçülen değerlerde anlamlı iyileşmeler görülmüştür. Ameliyat grupları arası tüm antropometrik ölçümlerde istatistiksel anlamlılık göstermeyen düşüşler yaşanmıştır. Açlık kan şekeri, HbA1c, total kolesterol, ferritin düzeylerinde anlamlı düşmeler belirlenmiştir. Hastaların postoperatif dönemdeki beslenme durumları postoperatif 12. ayda bireysel besin tüketim kayıtları ve anket formu ile değerlendirilmiştir. Günlük ortalama enerji, protein, yağ, karbonhidrat, posa, çoklu doymamış yağ asitleri, A vitamini, E vitamini, B1 vitamini, B2 ve B6 vitamini, c vitamini, fosfor, sodyum, potasyum, magnezyum, demir, çinko değerlerinin operasyon grupları içinde istatistiksel açıdan anlamlı fark bulunmamıştır. Bariatrik cerrahi uzun vadede vücut ağırlığında azalmaya; antropometrik ölçümlerde, biyokimyasal parametrelerde ve morbiditede iyileşmeye neden olmaktadır.

Bariatric surgery shows promising effects on weight loss and anthropometric and biochemical parameters in obese individuals. This study was conducted in the postoperative period after bariatric surgery the effect of weight loss on changes in biochemical parameters during the months and the relationship of this effect with the method of operation were evaluated. The research was carried out as a retrospective study on individuals who were diagnosed with obesity at Liv Hospital Ankara hospital between 2017 and 2020 and underwent a total of 40 'sleeve gastrectomy' and 'mini gastric bypass' operations. The individuals included in the study were at the beginning of the preoperative period, 1, 3, 6, 12 months and postoperative period 1,3,6,12. Moon blood findings and anthropometric measurements were evaluated. Of the individuals included in the study, the preoperative period is the beginning, 1, 3, 6, 12. month and postoperative period 1, 3, 6, 12. The lunar blood findings and anthropometric measurements were evaluated. The registered routine data of the hospital were used for blood analysis. The socio-demographic characteristics of the individuals, their eating habits, and their 24-hour food consumption status were determined. In statistical analysis, Independent groups t-test and Repeated ANOVA tests were used, and p<0.05 was considered significant. Fasting blood sugar, HbA1c, Total cholesterol, HDL, LDL, triglycerides, vitamin B12, K, Na, Ca, Fe, ferritin, folic acid, Mg, albumin, total protein results of the patients were evaluated. Significant improvements were observed in the values measured at different times in all anthropometric measurements. There were no statistically significant Decelerations in all anthropometric measurements between the operating groups. Significant decreases in fasting blood sugar, HbA1c, total cholesterol, and ferritin levels were determined. The nutritional status of the patients in the postoperative period was 12 postoperative. Individual food consumption per month was evaluated with records and a questionnaire form. The average daily energy, protein, fat, carbohydrate, fiber, polyunsaturated fatty acids,vitamin A, vitamin E, Vitamin B1, B2, and vitamin B6, vitamin C, phosphorus, sodium, potassium, magnesium, iron, zinc operation of the values in the groups there was not a statistically significant difference. Bariatric surgery causes a decrease in body weight in the long term and an improvement in anthropometric measurements, biochemical parameters and morbidity.
