Özet
Bu çalışma Nisâ Sûresindeki ahkâm ayetlerini ele almaktadır. Araştırma bir giriş ve üç bölümden oluşmaktadır. Birinci bölümde surenin adı, ayetlerinin sayısı, fazileti ve nûzulü ele alınmaktadır. Ayrıca girişte genel olarak Kur'an'daki ahkam ayetlerinin sayısı, bu konudaki ihtilafların sebepleri ve ahkam âyetleri ile ilgili en önemli kitaplar tanıtılmaktadır, Birinci bölümde altı başlık ve yirmi dört alt başlıkta surenin başındaki onaltı âyet ele alınmaktadır. Her bir alt başlık şer'î bir hükmü ve tefsirlerde bu hükümle ilgili ihtilafları incelemektedir İkinci Bölüm altı başlıkta on dokuz ayeti incelemektedir. Bu bölümde eme'nin (cariyenin) evlendirilme şartları ve (zina) yapması halinde ona uygulanacak had cezası , başkasının malını yemenin ve başkasını öldürmenin haram oluşu, ayette zikredilen üç yöntemle eşler arasındaki sorunları hal etme keyfiyeti, Allah'ın iyiliğe karşı iyilikte bulunmayı emretmesi, teyemmüm, mubah kılan sebepler ve teyemmüm edilen topraktan (saîd( ne kastedilği gibi konular üzerinde durulmaktadır. Üçüncü Bölümde ise sekiz ayet altı başlıkta ele alınmaktadır. Bu bölümde Allah'a ve Resulün'e itaatin gerekli olduğu, öldürme suçu, namazın kısaltılması, bunun hükmü, kısaltabilmenin mesafesini ve kısaltmanın caiz olduğu yolculuk türü, akrabaların birbirlerine şahitlikleri, 'kelâle' (çocukları ile birlikte annesi veya babası yahut her ikisi olmadan ölen kişi) ve kelâlenin mirasının keyfiyeti ele alınmaktadır.

This modest research deals with the verses of provisions in Surat An-Nisa, and this research has been divided into four chapters. The first chapter: deals with the name of the surah, the number of its verses, its virtues and the place of its revelation, then deals with the second topic in the first chapter on the definition of the verses of the rulings and the number of verses of the rulings in the Holy Qur'an and the reason for the difference of scholars in the number of verses of the rulings in the Holy Qur'an, and then concluded the research with a definition of the most important books in Interpretation of the verses of rulings on different schools of thought And the second chapter: It contains sixteen verses in the beginning of the surah, and this chapter has been divided into six sections and twenty-four demands, each requirement dealing with a legal ruling or a difference in the interpretation of the verse. The difference in the interpretation of the verse results in a difference in a legal ruling. The third chapter: It contains nineteen verses in six chapters, it begins by talking about the conditions for the marriage of the nation and determines them if he commits immorality, then talks about the sanctity of eating money other than falsehood and the sanctity of killing, then deals with how to treat discord between spouses in the manner of the three mentioned in the verse, then deals with the God _ Glory be to Him _ the Almighty _ treats man with goodness with all the people around him, then he talks about tayammum and the reasons that make it permissible to tayammum, and what is meant by the level in which he performs tayammum The fourth chapter: This last chapter deals with eight verses, in six sections. It begins by speaking on the obligation to obey God _ the Almighty _ and His Messenger _ may God's prayers and peace be upon him _ then deals with the crime of murder and the consequences of this criminal act, then deals with the shortening of the prayer, its ruling and its distance and the type of travel in which it is permissible to shorten it Then he talks about the testimony of relatives to each other, then the research ends with a talk about kalalah and how to inherit from kalalah.
