Özet
Bu çalışma Antrenörlerin Liderlik Yönelimleri İle Sportmenlik Davranışlarının İncelenmesi amacıyla yapılmıştır. Veriler maliyet ulaşılabilirlik gibi unsurlar göz önünde bulundurularak katılımcılara Google Drive üzerinden ulaştırılmıştır. Araştırmaya katılımda gönüllülük göz önünde bulundurulmuştur. Toplamda 254 kişiye ulaşılmıştır. Araştırmada ilgili verilerin toplanması için kullanılan anket üç bölümden oluşmuştur. Birinci bölümde demografik bilgiler, ikinci kısımda Bolman ve Deal (1991) tarafından geliştirilen Liderlik Stilleri Betimleme Anketi Türkçe uyarlaması Dereli (2003) tarafından Liderlik Stilleri Ölçeği, üçüncü kısımda Vallerand ve arkadaşları (1994) tarafından geliştirilen Türkçe uyarlaması Sezen ve Balçıkanlı (2010) tarafından yapılan Çok Boyutlu Sportmenlik Yönelimi Ölçeği oluşturmuştur. Çalışmada elde edilen veriler üzerinde doğrultusunda SPSS programı ile yapılmıştır. Veri setine Kolmogorov-Smirnova testi uygulanmış ve anlamlılık düzeyi p<0.05'den küçük olduğundan verilerin normal dağılıma sahip olmadığı sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. Analiz için parametrik olmayan testlerin uygulanmasına karar verilmiştir. Üçten az değişkenler için Mann Witney U testi, üç ve daha fazla değişkenler ise Kruskal Wallis H testi ile analiz edilmiştir. Elde edilen bulgular istatistiksel olarak p>0.05 düzeyinde anlamlılık düzeyi ile test edilmiştir. Verilerin analizinde tanımlayıcı istatistik, spearman korelasyon analizi ve parametrik olmayan testler kullanılmıştır. Araştırmada %95 güven aralığına göre analiz yapılmıştır. Ölçeğin güvenirliliği Cronbach's Alpha katsayısı ile belirlenmiştir. Araştırma bulgularında antrenörlerin sportmenlik düzeyleri ile; liderlik yönelimleri arasında yapılan spearman korelasyon analizi sonucu anlamlı ve orta düzeyde pozitif ilişki olduğu sonucuna ulaşılmıştır (p<0.01). Sonuç olarak Liderlik stilleri ölçeği ortalama puan ve tüm alt boyutlarda katılımcıların puan ortalamalarının yüksek düzeyde olduğu görülürken en yüksek ortalama Yapısalcı liderlik alt boyutunda olduğu görülmektedir Çok boyutlu sportmenlik ölçeği ortalama puanı ve tüm alt boyutlarda katılımcıların puan ortalamalarının yüksek düzeyde görülürken en yüksek ortalama Sporda Sorumluluklara Bağlılık alt boyutunda olduğu görülmektedir

This study aims to examine the Leadership Orientations and Sportsmanship Behaviors of Coaches. Taking into account factors such as cost and accessibility, the data were sent to the participants via Google Drive. Volunteering was considered in participating in the research. In this context, a total of 254 people were reached. The questionnaire used in the research to collect the relevant data consists of three chapters. In the first chapter the Demographic information, in the second chapter the Leadership Styles Scale by Dereli (2003), the Turkish version of the Leadership Styles Descriptive Questionnaire developed by Bolman and Deal (1991), in the third chapter the Multidimensional Sportsmanship Orientation Scale developed by Vallerand et al. (1994) and Turkish adaptation made by Sezen and Balçıkanlı (2010) is held. The Kolmogorov-Smirnova test was applied to the data set and it was concluded that the data did not have a normal distribution since the significance level was less than p<0.05. It was decided to apply non-parametric tests for analysis. For less than three variables the Mann Witney U test was used and for three or more variables the Kruskal Wallis H test was used. The findings were tested with a statistical significance level of p>0.05. Descriptive statistics, spearman correlation analysis and non-parametric tests were used in the analysis of the data. In the research, analysis was made according to the 95% confidence interval. The reliability of the scale was determined by the Cronbach's Alpha coefficient. In the research findings, with the sportsmanship levels of the coaches; As a result of the spearman correlation analysis conducted between leadership orientations, it was concluded that there was a significant and moderate positive relationship (p<0.01). As a result, it is seen that the average score of the Leadership Styles Scale and the average score of the participants in all sub-dimensions is high, while the highest average is seen in the Constructivist leadership sub-dimension. While the average score of the multidimensional sportsmanship scale and the average score of the participants in all sub-dimensions are high, it is seen that the highest average is in the Sub-dimension of Commitment to Responsibilities in Sports.
