Özet
. Bu araştırmada, anestrus döneninde Border Leicester x Booroola (Ff)x Merinos ve Border Leicester x Booroola (ff) x Merinos Koyunlarında progestagen + PMSG (250 I.U. ve 400 1.U.) uygulamasının gebelik, kuzulama ve çoğuz doğum oranlan üzerine etkileri araştırılmıştır. Araştırmada; Ff genotîpli koyunlarda 250 LU. PMSG doz seviyesinin geberik oram bakumudan etkisinin olumlu fakat önemsiz, kuzulama ve ikiz doğum oram bakımından ise, önemli (p <0.01) sonuç verdiği saptanmıştır, ff genotîpli koyunlarda ise, aynı özellikler bakımından progestagen + 400 LU. PMSG uygulamanın etkisi önemli (p bulunmuştur. Eksogen hormon uygulanmış Ff ve ff genotîpli koyunlardan elde edilen gebelik, kuzulama ve çoğuz doğum oranlarının eksogen hormon uygulanmamış ff genotîpli koyunlardan elde edilen oranlardan önemli (p <0.01) düzeyde yüksek okluğu tespit edilmiştir.

In this resarch, it was searched that, the effects of progestagen and different doses of PMSG (250 I.Uand 400 I.U) tretmant on pregnancy, lambing, multible birth rates in Border Leicester x Booroola x Merinos and Border Lecister x Booroola x Merinos ewes in anoestrus cyle.In the reserch, it was found that in ewes with Ff genotype, 250 I.U PMSG dose level had possitive effect on prednancy rate but it was not significant, and it was significant (p on lambing and twinning rate. On the other hand in ewes whit ff genotype, it was found that the effect of progestagen + 400 I.U PMSG treatmant on same traits was important (p It was determined that the pregnancy, lambing and multible birth rates in ewes with Ff and ff genotypes which were treated whit eksogen hormon were higher (p than ewes whit ff genotype which were no treated with eksogen hormon
