Özet
Çalışmamız 1790-1793 yıllarını kapsayan 23 Numaralı Halep Eyaleti Evamir-i Sultaniye Defteri'nin transkrip ve değerlendirilmesinden oluşmaktadır. Ait olduğu dönemin sosyal, siyasal, iktisadi ve kültürel yapısına ışık tutan bu defterler ehemmiyet teşkil eder. Ayrıca merkez ve taşra arasındaki yazışmalardan oluşan bu defterlerden Osmanlı Devleti'nin taşra politikasını ve Halep bölgesinin askeri, sosyal, siyasal ve idari yapısını kavramak mümkündür. Bu açıdan baktığımızda yaptığımız çalışmanın gayesini dönemin siyasi, askeri, iktisadi sosyal yapısını ve Osmanlı Devleti'nin merkez ve taşra ilişkilerine dair bilgiler ortaya koymak olarak nitelendirebiliriz. 23 Numaralı Halep Evamir-i Sultaniye Defterinin Transkripsiyonu ve Değerlendirilmesi (1790-1793) çalışması dört bölümden oluşmaktadır. Birinci bölmde Şer'iyye Sicilleri ve Evamir-i Sultaniye Defterlerinin tanımı, kapsamı ve öneminden bahsedilmiştir. İkinci bölümde Halep ile ilgili bilgiler verilmiştir. Üçüncü bölümde defterde yer alan belgelerin kısa özeti ve transkripi yapılmıştır. Dördüncü bölümde ise 23 Numaralı Halep Evamir-i Sultaniye Defterinin değerlendirilmesi yapılmıştır.

Our study consists of the transcription and evaluation of the Aleppo State Evamir-i Sultaniye Notebook, numbered 23, covering the years 1790-1793. These notebooks, which shed light on the social, political, economic and cultural structure of the period they belong to, are of importance. In addition, it is possible to comprehend the provincial policy of the Ottoman Empire and the military, social, political and administrative structure of the Aleppo region from these registers, which consist of correspondence between the center and the provinces. From this point of view, we can define the purpose of our study as revealing the political, military, economic and social structure of the period and information about the central and provincial relations of the Ottoman Empire. The Transcription and Evaluation of the Aleppo Evamir-i Sultaniye Notebook No. 23 (1790-1793) consists of four parts. In the first chapter, the definition, scope and importance of the Şer'iyye Registers and Evamir-i Sultaniye Registers are mentioned. In the second part, information about Aleppo is given. In the third part, a brief summary and transcription of the documents in the notebook were made. In the fourth part, the evaluation of the Aleppo Evamir-i Sultaniye Notebook No. 23 was made.
