Özet
Bu araştırmanın amacı spor bilimleri fakültesi öğrencilerinin antrenörlük mesleğine yönelik tutumlarının çeşitli değişkenlere göre incelenmesidir. Araştırmaya Ondokuz Mayıs Üniversitesi Yaşar Doğu Spor Bilimleri Fakültesi'nde 2021-2022 akademik yılında Beden Eğitimi ve Spor Öğretmenliği, Antrenörlük Eğitimi, Spor Yöneticiliği ve Rekreasyon bölümlerinde öğrenim gören 414 öğrenci katılmıştır. Araştırmada veri toplama aracı olarak Turğut ve ark. (2018) tarafından geliştirilen Antrenörlük Mesleğine Yönelik Tutum Ölçeği kullanılmıştır. Verilerin analiz aşamasında verilerin normal dağılıp dağılmadığını test etmek için Kolmogorov-Smirnov testi yapılmış ve verilerin normal dağılım gösterdiği tespit edilmiştir. Karşılaştırmalar student-test, tek yönlü ANOVA ve LSD testleri ile belirlenmiştir. Anlamlılık seviyesi olarak da 0,05 seçilmiştir. Araştırmada spor bilimleri fakültesi öğrencilerinin ölçekten aldıkları toplam puanlara göre antrenörlük mesleğine yönelik tutumları çok yüksek düzeyde tespit edilmiştir. Araştırmada spor bilimleri fakültesi öğrencilerinin antrenörlük mesleğine yönelik tutumlarında cinsiyet, lisanslı sporculuk durumu, spor yılı, yaş kategorisi ve öğrenim görülen bölüm değişkenlerine göre anlamlı bir ilişki bulunurken; milli sporculuk durumu, branş kategorisi, sınıf düzeyi ve spor yaşı değişkenleri açısından anlamlı bir farklılık olmadığı tespit edilmiştir. Spor bilimleri fakültesinde öğrenim gören kadın öğrencilerin erkek öğrencilere, lisanslı sporcu olan öğrencilerin lisanslı sporcu olmayan öğrencilere, 5 yıl ve üzeri spor yapan öğrencilerin 4 yıl ve altı spor yapan öğrencilere, antrenörlük eğitimi bölümünde öğrenim gören öğrencilerin diğer bölümlerde öğrenim gören öğrencilere göre antrenörlük mesleğine yönelik tutumları daha yüksek çıkmıştır. Yaş kategorilerine göre ise sevgi alt boyutunda 20-21 yaş aralığındaki öğrencilerin 19 yaş ve altındaki öğrencilere göre daha yüksek, olumsuz tutum alt boyutunda ise 19 yaş ve altındaki öğrencilerin puanı 24 yaş ve üzeri öğrencilere göre daha yüksek çıkmıştır. Antrenörlük mesleğine yönelik tutumlardaki farklılığın ortadan kaldırılması için, çocukları erken yaşta spora yönlendirme, yaşam boyu sporu destekleme, öğrencileri lisanslı spor yapmaya yönlendirme, lisanslı sporcu olan öğrencilerin sporda devamlılığını sağlama, antrenörlük mesleği ile ilgili eğitim, seminer ve kurslar düzenleme gibi uygulamalar önerilmektedir.

The aim of this research is to examine the attitudes of the students of the faculty of sports sciences towards the coaching profession according to various variables. 414 students studying at Ondokuz Mayıs University Yaşar Doğu Faculty of Sports Sciences in the 2021-2022 academic year in Physical Education and Sports Teaching, Coaching Education, Sports Management and Recreation departments participated in the study. As a data collection tool in the study, Turgut et al. (2018) Attitude Scale Towards Coaching Profession was used. In the analysis phase of the data, Kolmogorov-Smirnov test was performed to test whether the data were normally distributed and it was determined that the data showed normal distribution. Comparisons were determined by student-test, one-way ANOVA and LSD tests. The significance level was chosen as 0.05. In the study, while there was a significant relationship between the attitudes of the students of the faculty of sports sciences towards the coaching profession, according to the variables of gender, licensed sportsman status, year of sport, age category and department of education; It has been determined that there is no significant difference in terms of national sports status, branch category, class level and sports age variables. Attitudes of female students studying at the faculty of sports sciences towards male students, students who are licensed athletes compared to students who are not licensed athletes, students who do sports for 5 years or more towards students who do sports for 4 years or less, and students who study in the coaching education department compared to students from other departments towards the coaching profession. was higher. According to age categories, students aged 20-21 in the sub-dimension of love had a higher score than students aged 19 and under, and students aged 19 and under were higher than students aged 24 and over in the negative attitude sub-dimension. In order to eliminate the difference in attitudes towards the coaching profession, practices such as directing children to sports at an early age, supporting lifelong sports, encouraging students to do licensed sports, ensuring the continuity of licensed athletes in sports, organizing training, seminars and courses related to the coaching profession are recommended.
